“My wife and I have moved a bunch in the last few years. Nothing ever goes to plan, there is always some sort of hurdle. We chose Penske for this move. Like always, a speed bump occurred. Battery died. After calling customer service, I was fortunate enough to speak to Xavier P who SAVED THE DAY. He got a technician out to us as fast as possible and called us to give us progress reports so which made the delay bearable.

“Everything went very well except the location where I picked up the truck did not have a hand truck available. They gave me a furniture dolly instead but otherwise everything went perfect.”
“Overall will definitely be using this U-haul again, this location is super convenient being right off the highway. I do suggest renting your truck ASAP because they are busy busy busy during early spring into summer! They do have a lockbox in case you have to pick up a truck at unreasonable hours. The staff is super chill and nice! ? ?”
“The clerk who took my order was efficient, courteous, and provided excellent customer service. He recommended a more economical mileage rate for the day after we discussed the distance to be covered (<100 miles total), which saved me about $18.00. Also, I was able to notify you via your UHaul chatbot that the vehicle was returned after hours which allowed me to save another $20.00. I couldn't be more pleased!”
“The entrance was not obvious but it does mention Budget trucks so that was helpful. Very nice gentleman spoke to us on phone and in office. Very simple private office setting but would use again.”
