“Greatly appreciated the service here. I unfortunately lost my key to a unit but the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. They assisted us with what we needed to do and very straightforward.”
“A really nice place - incredibly clean, feels secure, heavy duty dollies available to cart your stuff around with, and some nice longer-term teaser rates. Their mobile app that opens the security gate for you is sweet - nothing worse than entering a 10-digit access code in the rain.”
“John is always ready to get you what you need. Sympathetic to your issues. Can't ask for better service. Always get a report on how everything is going near our units. Feel better that our possessions are looked after. Come by and see him if you need storage help.”

“Tabatha and her coworker provided us with excellent service and a great price. We are so excited to use this neighborhood U-Haul due to their excellent customer service thank you guys so much for everything you did for us.”
“Had a great experience when getting a storage unit. Mr. Darvus from Great Mills, MD was super helpful. He was very patience not only for me and my wife but with our kids as well with the rainy weather. 10/10 rating.”
“I appreciated the regional manager personally taking me around to try to find a storage solution that worked. Although we didn't find one at this location, he called around and found one that did. Super happy with that level of customer service.”
“Michelle was helpful, informative, and thorough when checking me and showing me my storage unit. She took the time to explain the locking system and the pass code keypad. I was very appreciative of all of her help.”
“Absolutely amazing company. Couldn't be happier with them. The help and assistance is just a mile high truly. Look forward to keeping my business with them for years to come.”
“If you rent from here, PRAY that you get Becky to help you. Easily the friendliest and most helpful U-Haul employee I've ever interacted with, and she'll make damn sure that you get what you need / get help finding what you need if she can't get it for you. Shoutout Becky thank you for all of your help on such short notice!!”
“Nicole at Store here in Lexington park has been amazing. She is always so helpful and friendly. Bad day or not she has a smile on her face and is always ready to help with whatever I need. Would recommend this company specifically because of Nicole. Most of the storage facilities in the area have no one in office but Nicole is in the office five days a week to help with anything. She does it all. From yard work, to payment to solving all problems. She is the greatest one man operation I’ve seen in a while.”
“THE BEST!!!! Excellent customer service. OMGOSH, I haven't had such good customer service, friendliness and helpful service in so many years. Lynne is awesome. I usually don't leave reviews but Lynne deserves this shout out. Thank you so much Lynne. Your truly appreciated. Shari”
