I rented a 10×20 u took my money but did not give me the appropriate size that I paid for therefore the usual I had full of stuff could not be moved inI can not get anyone on the phone to even help me

The facilty is very clean. Customer service is "fair" at best, and the only time they reach out to customers is when they want money.

New company took over. Raised everyone's rent 100%. My rent went from 74 dollars a month to $155. And your forced to pay $10 for insurance. The place is a dump. Not climate controlled not worth the money. Go to uhaul it's cheaper with less spiders and it's inside with climate control.
