They don’t push product I don’t need (heck, they even suggested where I could find a water additive that would be less expensive than buying theirs), they LISTEN to me as the owner without jumping to a diagnosis and always offer practical solutions! I’m so happy with them!”

“I've been going here for many years. Dr Pilkerton is my main vet now and is really excellent. I love the new VCA Care Access Plan which allows me to pay $20 per month and then not have to pay the large exam fees whenever my seniors have to come in - which is quite often. All of the staff are very efficient and caring. Worth the drive over the bridge for me. : )”

The front desk staff was very friendly and the vet tech explained everything she was going to do BEFORE she did it, how much it was going to cost and how long the procedure would take.
