“First visit in June for an ear infection and a second visit today 01Aug for an ear check. Both times I received compassionate care with same day attention so Razzle didn’t suffer. Thank you for outstanding customer service and veterinary care”
“I cannot thank Dr. Bott and the amazing team here enough. My cat had a severe reaction to a vaccine, and they took action immediately after I brought him back. They explained what was happening and answered all of the questions I had. The staff were extremely caring and comforting throughout the process, and made sure I had what I needed and got regular updates. They gave my cat the same love and care I would give. I cannot thank the team here enough for saving my cat’s life, it means the world to me.”

“What an amazing crew! I called first thing in the morning and they were able to get my dog Lucy in; same day plus it was a day before a big holiday! The front desk staff was very friendly and the vet tech explained everything she was going to do BEFORE she did it, how much it was going to cost and how long the procedure would take. The doctor was very thorough, explained our situation and options. I will definitely be going back! Thank you so much for helping us get through a tough situation and guiding us with your wisdom.”
