“Just got a hitch installed on my 2013 Explorer. The price was amazing and I was quoted 3 hours and the tech was done in less than 2! The woman at the desk was so nice (despite the unnecessarily angry customer she was dealing with when I arrived to pick up my vehicle). She answered my questions and got me set up with my warranties. 100%would recommend a hitch install here (wayyyyy cheaper than anyone else I called too!)”
