It took a bit long, which was expected, and was given advanced notice when I dropped it off that it would take about 30 days.
Looks like the damage never happened!!

“Can not say enough good things about this business. From the first phone call until the job was done everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I really have no complaints. Went in to have a spoiler fixed on my Toyota after it was damaged in a parking accident. Was given an appointment, met a representative there and he texted me throughout the process with updates on when the part arrived etc. When it came time to get it fixed, the whole thing was done within 30 minutes. No extra charges, no sale person trying to get me to buy something I didn't need and, most importantly, they treated me like I mattered. Highly recommend this DC business.”

All of the staff from the front desk staff, to JP who went over all of my damages and how long it would take to Brian, who contacted me for pick up were great and had excellent customer service. I received regular text updates while they had my car. They have a partnership with the Enterprise National Harbor up the street and I was picked up to get my rental car and dropped back off at Caliber when my car was ready. My car looks amazing. They even did some slight detailing before I picked it up. I would definitely recommend their services.”

“My auto insurance recommended this place when I was Tboned dashcam caught everything. (Definitely recommend if you don't have one) I had a great experience at Caliber Collison. The lady at the front desk greeted me with professionalism, patience & kindness. When my vehicle was ready she told me that I can leave the rental there & enterprise would pick it up. I like the smell of popcorn in the waiting area even though it was too early to be eating it lol. I met with Francisco. He diagnosed the damage & informed me that it would take about 2 weeks to repair. He followed up every few days via phone call & text regarding updates. Vehicle was actually ready in 12 days. “Guarani’s finished my bodywork very quickly and it looks beautiful. They went above and beyond and repaired scratches adjacent to the main damage that were not part of the insurance claim. I suspect the GEICO Express folks would have insisted that was an extra cost or claim.
Very friendly and efficient. Do be aware that they have a policy of not involving the insurance company if parts cost slightly more than quoted. This makes sense- especially if you have a deadline, because it can be a big delay. Also, they prefer checks and have you cover the processing fee (2%) if you use a credit card. Typical for these shops, but it’s good to be prepared.
I would absolutely use them again, especially if I were covering my own damage:)”
