“And a half stars. I called on Saturday after 12 and was done after having speakers replaced an an external XM tuner installed. My GM radio has a defect and has to be replaced. English is they're 2nd language but make the effort they're more than worth. Under $400 tax included. They only lose a star because the bathroom is out of service and no posted wifi info and no I didn't ask. I love these guys and will be back to have my radio replaced with an OEM used one. Parking is difficult but as I pulled up about to park they waved me in.”

Two moon bounce, hot dog, pop corn machine and cotton candy machine for great price! They hired early to set up. They were very professional. They communicated well with us prior to purchasing explaining all the permits and safety requirements. They were very informative with sharing info on the city policy in regards to street vendors. “I had the absolute BEST customer service experience at the T-Mobile store in Capitol Heights thanks to Donald Hackett.
Donald went above and beyond to honor the 55+ promotion for us. I walked out with a brand-new iPhone 17e, fully activated and ready to go. He patiently transferred all of my information from my old phone and then set that phone up on a brand-new account for my partner. He didn’t stop there — he took the same time and care to walk my partner through everything on his phone as well -- working past his scheduled hours to finish.
Donald was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. At no point did we feel rushed. He made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and smooth.
What truly touched me was his character. When I was unsure if I had enough to cover the purchase, Donald offered to give me $5 out of his own pocket — a tip he had earned earlier that day — just to make sure I could get my phone. That level of compassion is something you simply do not see anymore.
I have never received service like this from any store, anywhere. Donald is a rare gem, and T-Mobile is incredibly fortunate to have such a dedicated, hardworking, and genuinely caring employee on their team.
