IVE HAD MY SHARE OF BAD SERVICE FROM DEALERSHIPS FOR MY CAR I WAS ADAMANT I WAS NOT GOING BACK FOR ANY SERVICE NEEDED FOR MY CAR. A COUPLE WEEKS AGO MY CAR HAD A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON AFTER I GOT MY OIL CHANGED I TOOK IT TO AUTO ZONE TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS SO I STARTED LOOKING ONLINE TO SEE WHAT AUTO SERVICE PLACES WITH GREAT REVIEWS SO I SAW PHILMARK WITH OUTSTANDING REVIEWS SO I TOOK A CHANCE I CALLED THEM AND ASK IF THEY TAKE MY WARRANTY THEY SAID YES SO I DROPPED MY CAR OFF THEY CHECKED IT OUT AND IT ENDED UP BEING A PURGE VALVE. SOMETHING SIMPLE I KNOW BUT I WAS SOLD ON THE PROFESSIONALISM AND HOW GREAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS. I LOVE THIS PLACE AND RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE! A+++++++ SERVICE ❤️”

“Words cannot express how wonderful my experience with South County went. I came in as a walk-in for what I thought was just going to be for an alignment for my car. I walked inside and was greeted by Mrs. Deana. She is so beautiful, funny, sweet, and kind and she is great at what she does. Such a godly woman and extremely down to earth. But you gotta trust the process. He's Got You! After my consultation he notified me that I would need 4 new tires on top of the alignment. Initially I was worried because of the money. I even had to ask my aunt for some reinforcement. His pricing was extremely reasonable compared to if I took it to where I originally was going to go. His mechanics were also very skilled, kind, and each one of them greeted me and had such wonderful dispositions about them. They all work extremely hard to provide top quality service here and Mr. John oversees and works with them. He isn't just some boss who sits in the office he gets 'hands-on' too. Just have patience with them because they will have patience with you. All in all, Mr. John is an honest man with an honest enterprise. This is truly one of his many passions and he is anointed at what he does. He's more than a mechanic that fixes cars. In the natural he is fixing cars but its deeper -its spiritual! When I left a part of my soul and self-worth was fixed. He has wise counsel and joyful man. He is different in every way. They provided great service without overcharging, and I appreciated that they only changed the fluids that were necessary not requested.

My F-Type was washed and returned in pristine condition, which was a nice touch! The service was prompt, and I was kept informed throughout the process. I especially appreciated that they didn’t start any work until I approved it after their recommendations.

“Motor World is a reliable, honest, quick and reasonably-priced automotive shop. I have used them for 8+ years for regular maintenance and repairs. Soon after having another mechanic install an alternator, my car suddenly stopped on the beltway. It was late in the evening and the shop I normally used was closed. AAA recommended having it towed to Motor World. I was shocked when Motor World made me aware that not only did I need an alternator, but that the one I just had installed was used, not new as I had been told and charged for. After making the other mechanic install a new one, Motor World agreed to re-inspect it at no charge. I have taken my car to Motor World thinking I had a major problem, and they diagnosed the issue as being minor and MUCH less cost than expected, and what the dealer would have charged. My Infinite is now 13+ years old and still purrs like a kitten. You can’t go wrong with Motor World.”

“My starter went out on my truck and I normally take it the dealership for all my repairs. Every dealership were backlogged for a week. I remembered Padgett Shop, because they are in my area. I called and spoke with Tyler a very nice and person with great phone etiquettes. Long story short, I bought my starter at the dealership and Tyler installed it for me the next day. He checked me in and about an hour later, he called and said he was finished. It's been a few days now and I'm still a satisfied customer”

“As I came in to originally get a top off of fluids and change my mind to get up oil change. I was helped in a matter of minutes.Ask by a professional young man some question's then directed me to wait area. Explained the different amenities that they offered the customers? Next another young man came and directed To the car and explain some of the things that I needed to be done and took my information because I was no longer in the system. He was very nice. Everyone was very professional and nice and took care of me very well.”

Came for an oil change was curious how they were doing without lifting my vehicle up…..There’s someone underground doing it…. And they vacuumed my car out. 2-3 gentleman worked on my vehicle.
