Kim was amazing, kind courteous. The gentleman to service my vehicle was very plesant. Everyone from my entrance was wonderful. Kim, knowledgeable, called w reminders. If you need your vehicle serviced, so far, this is the place to be.

Ms. Kim was very nice. Her customer service was top notch. She made sure I felt comfortable and treated me like a valued customer. Mr. Daniel was very nice too. He was very personable. He explained my repairs from start to finish. He was also very knowledgeable and kept me informed about my repairs everyday. Really upset that they let my car sit without starting it for over two weeks and Ian assured me that everything was fine l. when I went to pick my car up, they could not find it and they had to jumpstart it and assured me that if I needed a new battery that would be replaced when I called to let them know the next day, which is today that my car is not starting. He stated that he was new and he needed to get a manager‘s approval, however I am significantly late for work and losing on money because I have to wait for my car battery to be replaced. I have a 2021 vehicle and the battery has never been an issue as I regularly get maintenance on my vehicle It’s not even holding a charge at this point. Also when I went to pick up my car yesterday, it took a lot of time as they were in the morning meeting and I had to wait until it was over to then speak to somebody which I understand however, I wanted to pick up my car on Friday, but nobody works on the weekends so I had to wait until Monday and I had a rental car for an additional day. but I turned it in early because they assured me that everything was fine with my car, even though the damage has been fixed more damage was caused by the negligence of the Caliber team, even though they were very pleasant both Miss Kim And Ian it’s just that those huge details mean a lot and very frustrating. The reason why I picked this one was because of the great ratings. Due to the conversation that I had with the manager Nakia I am changing my review to 5 start as the accepted accountability and assured me that moving forward they will be making sure that this doesn’t happen to someone else Philix came and changed my battery and understood my frustration and was pleasant. Thank you for making me feel heard and replacing my battery as the lights were left on in my car. Nakia let me know that a car scan was done both before and after to make sure nothing under the hood was damaged. It very important that who ever is driving the cars do insure lights are turned off and it’s left in good condition. They cleaned and washed my car and that was a nice touch to getting my car back.

The whole process was fantastic!!! My vehicle was ready too fast 😊 (before their estimation), as I was enjoying the rental suv and wanted to keep it just a little longer. Work was awesome with nothing to complain about. I highly recommend the shop on Hampton Park Drive …. Everyone was great!!!

If your insurance company recommends this shop as a trusted and reliable repair service, I strongly advise you to consider their negative reviews and look into a better repair option.
Caliber Collision has had my car since July 2nd, and today is July 25th. Throughout this period, I've received constant updates about my vehicle waiting for a specific part that took far too long to arrive. Then, I had to endure further delays related to the painting process, where I was given inconsistent information about when it would be completed.
When I picked up my car on July 25th, I was shocked by the lack of care demonstrated. The interior was extremely dusty, and there were dents and marks on my leather seats. It was clear that they had left the windows open during the body work and had carelessly laid their tools on my seats. The exterior of my car was filthy, and the green marker used for identification was still visible.
This level of service is absolutely unacceptable. Returning a vehicle in such poor condition reflects a business that is subpar and unwilling to meet basic standards of care. I will not be recommending Caliber Collision to anyone.
