“Jordan made my experience great. I was so stressed over almost everything. My daughter’s birthday weekend was coming & the manager there called me to inform me the rental I booked may not be available. The manager was very unpleasant & even proceeded to just hang the phone up on me after the conversation ended. I did say bye & thank you. I ended up calling customer service to see if any available vehicles were in the area. Customer service said they had a few. I called the next day to the enterprise location & I spoke to Jordan she got me feeling a little better & made sure I had the vehicle I reserved. She is a great friendly staff & very professional she should be a manager if she’s not already. It’s not easy being a manager but sometimes it’s just your delivery & understanding the customers needs and exceeding that. If it’s impossible to fulfill my rental request say that & most people will understand or just request refund.”

They will call and only call to get updates on when u wanted to return or if u wanted to keep the car again . I am currently still renting my car from them. They have never been disrespectful and I really enjoy the communication. I’ll rent again and again when I need them because the process is easy and convenient .”
