“Jordan made my experience great. I was so stressed over almost everything. My daughter’s birthday weekend was coming & the manager there called me to inform me the rental I booked may not be available. The manager was very unpleasant & even proceeded to just hang the phone up on me after the conversation ended. I did say bye & thank you. I ended up calling customer service to see if any available vehicles were in the area. Customer service said they had a few. I called the next day to the enterprise location & I spoke to Jordan she got me feeling a little better & made sure I had the vehicle I reserved. She is a great friendly staff & very professional she should be a manager if she’s not already. It’s not easy being a manager but sometimes it’s just your delivery & understanding the customers needs and exceeding that. If it’s impossible to fulfill my rental request say that & most people will understand or just request refund.”
“Enterprise rental has been my go-to for vehicle rentals for a while now but this was my first experience with this location. I have always been pleased with every aspect of the rental experience with Enterprise, and I am happy to report that the Silver Spring location is on point! The people are the best part- knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful! The cars have always been great too! I highly recommend Enterprise in general, and the Silver Spring location in particular for a spectacular rental experience!

I on the other hand... God is still working on me (lol). On behalf of my family, please go find something else to do with your time. Surprisingly you failed to mention that you were fired from the company over 5 years ago due to stealing and making unwanted advances toward women. As a matter of fact, women did not like coming to the office (myself included) when you were there because you are creepy. You are obsessed with my brother and should seek counseling. “Absolutely top notch service & I would highly recommend this car rental company for what we your next occasion is!!! I’ve dealt with a lot of car rental companies over the years but never one that has been so professional or considerate as this one! I was in a situation where I needed a black truck for my fathers funeral service and first & foremost Rowe and Presley took great empathy to the reason I needed it then work quickly to find not only a beautiful 2022 Chevy Tahoe but at a great rate ! They consistently checked on me throughout my time of me using the vehicle to simply let me know they were around if I needed any assistance! The vehicle was clean, convenient and stylish for my use! Customer service was excellent from start to finish and I will ONLY be using them for my rentals throughout the DMV from here on out! “This branch is a 5 minute walk from my home so I use it whenever I need a car for anything. They are always SO friendly and competent here! They move quickly and are always helpful. This seems like a boring job so I don't know how they stay so cheerful. I see others complaining about the small inventory but I don't know what they expect, this is a small neighborhood branch, not an airport. They've always given me a perfectly decent, clean car and upgraded me for free if what I reserved isn't present. I'm very glad they are in the neighborhood!”
