“I’ve rented from this Enterprise location multiple times over the past summer, and every visit has been a genuinely great experience. Jonathan and the rest of the team consistently go above and beyond — everyone is treated with the same level of respect and attentiveness, whether or not you already have a reservation in hand.
Before each rental, I’ve received a call ahead of time to make sure I had everything I needed and to check whether I required pickup or drop-off assistance. That kind of proactive service makes a real difference.

“I’ve used a lot of car rental companies and locations and this one has stood out as the best. I have been numerous time and generally have friendly service and a very short wait time, if any. The main “con” of this location is the more limited hours, but it’s a small local office, so you can’t blame them. I use this location and I use Enterprise whenever i can.”

I was in a situation where I needed a black truck for my fathers funeral service and first & foremost Rowe and Presley took great empathy to the reason I needed it then work quickly to find not only a beautiful 2022 Chevy Tahoe but at a great rate ! They consistently checked on me throughout my time of me using the vehicle to simply let me know they were around if I needed any assistance! The vehicle was clean, convenient and stylish for my use! “As a New Yorker who got her driver’s license late, I also got a car late… LOL. Let’s not judge! 😂 Because of that, I’ve had to rent cars pretty frequently, and let me tell you about THE Trichina Haynes!
Now, the issues I experienced had absolutely nothing to do with her. My card was either locked or wasn’t activated for swiping, which caused it to keep declining. But Trichina’s level of patience and professionalism was IMMACULATE!
First of all, it was Thanksgiving! She could have easily canceled my reservation and given the car to someone else after my card continued to decline. I was frustrated because I had literally just used that same card to Uber to the rental location. 😩
It took almost two hours and multiple phone calls before I finally received an email confirming the issue with my card. Through all of that, Trichina remained patient, understanding, and professional. She never once gave my car away. Every single time there was an issue, she worked with me and found a way to help.
Customer service like this is hard to find, and I truly appreciate being treated with patience and respect, especially when I was already frustrated.
I will always come back whenever I need a rental. And knowing Trichina is there makes me feel confident that I’ll receive amazing service every time.
