“I want to take a moment to recognize Ashley for the amazing customer service she provided during my visit today.
She was supportive, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions with care and gave me personalized insight that helped me feel more confident in my options. She took her time with me and never made me feel rushed. Even though I know there were other customers in the store, Ashley made me feel like my needs mattered and that I was being fully taken care of.
Because of the experience I had with Ashley, I stayed in the store longer, continued exploring my options, and I am now more willing to make a future purchase with Best Buy. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care made a lasting impression.
Ashley is a true asset to your team, and I hope you know how much her service positively impacted my experience. Please recognize her for the excellent work she is doing.”
“Ashley is so amazing to work with. She’s nice, knowledgeable, and patient. She’s helped make great decisions with the tech I’ve bought here and I’m thankful to be able to work with someone I can have a great experience with each time I come in.
Thank you Ashley!”

“My laptop fan has been making a horrible sound. I ordered a replacement and asked Friendly Computer Services to do the repair. I thought the technician was being optimistic when he told me he could probably get it done by the end of the day (on a Saturday, no less), but sure enough, I got my computer back within a couple of hours, and it runs like a charm. I'm super happy with my experience.”
“A fantastic shop with amazing finds. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with.
I was drawn to the store for a Manual 1970s Olympia typewriter from West Germany. It was an amazing find and I got it at a great price. Besides manual typewriters, they have electric typewriters, amd they service a whole host of office supplies (printers, scanners, etc.)
You won't be disappointed!”
