The employee that conducted my physical examination and drug screening demonstrated a perfect blend of professionalism and excellent customer service.
Her demeanor throughout my time at your facility was truly commendable.
While the other staff members were also kind and courteous, I spent the majority of my visit with her and she made a lasting impression.

There were very busy but very efficient. They were getting people in and out despite being busy. Staff was very friendly, especially Camia she made something that could’ve been awkward a laughable experience. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Katia at the front desk is amazing. She runs an efficient, professional and friendly check in process. But what really showed her exceptional customer service was she remembered my name when I returned later in the day to grab my paperwork that I forgot. Beyond impressed! Elite customer service!

Every nurse i met was kind courteous respectful and over all pleasant. My experience was wonderful. The wait was a little long but the care and attentiveness that I was met with made the wait reasonable. My doctor was also very down to earth and fun. This crew was just wonderful all around. Top Shelf Staff.

While the staff were friendly; the efficiency and professionalism were definitelymissing in action. I had the restroom cleaned before I used it.This is normally what I have to do when I go there. I waited for over 3 hours to be seen just for a urine test. The doctor and security officer were checking people in and sending us back outside because the receptionists were late. I arrived 20 minutes before it opened. Checked in and slept in my car for 2 1/2 hours and woke up because I had to use the bathroom. Waited in the lobby for an additional 30 to 45 minutes then stood at the front desk before I was called back to take a urine test. I'm a 63 yr old diabetic on jardiance and a diuretic and had to hold myself due to staff coming to work late!!! I was in pain and I know my bladder didn't appreciate the extremely long wait no more than I did. A random drug test...757 more days before retirement. 🤦♀️

CaMia is a great asset to the company. If you have more like her in your company it would be a better organization. She was very professional and have outstanding customer service.
