The CubeSmart at 2121 Brooks Dr. is clean, and Mason and Anthony were friendly and very helpful. My only concern is that I was charged for their insurance despite having my own renter’s insurance, and they were reluctant to issue a refund. I’ll continue to share updates on my experience.
