VERY UNPROFESSIONAL They increase your rate every 4 months , trying to take all of your money, BUT HAVE MICE EVERYWHERE !!! MICE DROPPING MICE PISS!!! SO UNSANITARY!!! MANAGERS DONT DO ANYTHING TO HELP!!! VERY RUDE AND SAID THEY WONT ACCOMMODATE I CAN JUST MOVE MY STUFF OUT!!! BEST BELIEVE I WILL TAKE MY STUFF OUT OF THEIR DIRTY FACILITY !!!

Rating based on CUSTOMER SERVICE - Great!
I’m unable to give 5 stars simply because I have not had the unit long enough for an honest rating. I’m hoping CubeSmart is as top tier as the staffing I’ve worked with to rent out a unit space.

I went into cube smart on Pennsylvania Ave ti inquire about rental storages.
Robert met me at the door with a warm and pleasant hello. His customer service was impeccable. He was engaging and knowledgeable of the storage spaces .
I left and returned an hour later to rent a storage space. Robert made sure I rented the correct size and explained the increase in 6 months. Thank you so much for your help and kindness. The world needs more kind people like you.

So far, so good! I worked with Rob to get into my new storage unit and the process was quick and easy. He showed me the property, executed my contract, and got me set up on the mobile app all in 20 mins. The property is new, clean, and well-maintained -- which is all you can ask for when storing your personal belongings. Thanks again, Rob!
