Poor customer service. Management must acknowledge that their staff do not cherish the customers that keeps them in business.

Worst customer service in America. It's almost laughable. Most of the employees will NOT go out of their way to help you, let alone acknowledge you.

I waited 20 minutes to scarily have someone acknowledge me. It seems that eating chicken nuggets, drinking McDonald's ice coffees, and listening to music on their cell phone is way more important.. don't worry because if you're white you'll have no issues.
