“We were interested in a particular mattress, and this was the only store in the Baltimore area that had it. The store is not much to look at from the outside, or even in the inside. But they had a wide selection of mattresses, and we were able to test all of them to be sure that we picked one we wanted. Purchase was easy. Delivery was on time, very reasonable, and they took away our old mattress. Would definitely buy a mattress here again.”

My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with them on two major kitchen renovations. Fast forward to a few weeks ago — we noticed cracks in one of our corner base cabinet doors in a spot that didn’t seem typical. “Ok this place is great. I think I wrote a review last year. We bought a washer and dryer set last year from here and had no issues with it. Come our 1 year, I started having issues with the washer not finishing loads and the husband tried to fix it. We Should have just gave them a call but we were just caught up and we finally called them to ask if we could bring it in to get checked. Such helpful people and really great feedback on what to do or check things if something goes wrong. We will definitely remember to call them again if we need maintenance. And we would happily buy from them again and will continue supporting them. They were so kind and we value the help and commitment they put into helping us.”

“This review is long overdue. I purchased an upright vacuum cleaner from Aerus in 2016, and it is undoubtedly the best vacuum I have ever owned. I have tried many other brands, but they either didn’t last long due to the brush wearing out quickly or struggled to effectively pick up fine dust and pet hair. As a result, I replaced my vacuum cleaner every one to three years.
In contrast, the Aerus upright vacuum cleaner picks up everything in just one pass. I have not experienced any issues with this vacuum, and the pictures below illustrate its high performance.
I also purchased two air purifiers and have attached screenshots for reference.
Lastly, I want to thank Marian, the person who sold me the vacuum cleaner. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchases.”
