“I visited Dollar tree at 6503 Baltimore National pike on Saturday December 30th around 9:30 a.m. there was only one person in the whole store working. The ASM Sarah. The grace and poise she gave every customer was astonishing. She greeted each person with a smile and asked how we were. She also wished everyone a happy new year. I waited in line for 10 mins but I appreciated how courteous she was. I complemented her on how calm and friendly she was. Her response was being angry wouldn't help my situation so I rather be happy. She needs a raise. Kudos to you Sarah!Job well done.”
“I went on the 5th of July to get balloons for my son's birthday weekend. I bought balloons there and brought 1 balloon to be filled. Well ended up being a dud unfortunately. Brandon is who helped me and was patient and tried his best to fix the issue. I very much appreciated and wanted the management to recognize his patience and helpfulness and customer service.
This was all despite other customers interrupting him as he was already hands tied with another customer.
I also wanted to mention the lady who was on the register next to him (the cashier) had just as much patience and was getting those customers in and out while handling the ones trying to overstep other customers being helped first. I hope management recognizes her as well. It got busy fast and they both did an excellent job.”
“I love Ollie's but God forbid you have to use the bathrooms here. On one hand, if its an emergency and you gotta go, there's a bathroom. On the other hand, pooping your pants might be more sanitary.”
“Great place to find all types of things for reasonable prices. Lots of cute seasonal candies. Currently, they have a great selection of valentine's things, but Christmas was very well stocked too. Also, love that kids can get acceptable gifts for their friends from here.

“I had such a great experience at Ollie’s thanks to the cashier Tammy who checked me out today. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely made the checkout process smoother. She greeted me with a smile, made sure my items were rung up correctly, and even took the time to double-check a price for me without any attitude. It’s rare to find customer service that feels sincere, but they really went above and beyond.

“This is one of the best Dollar Trees around. They have a lot of things other stores don't have. The staff is always friendly, plenty of carts, , lots of school supplies too.”
“Workers are always so kind and helpful at the register. But I feel bad for them because there is no air conditioning so the store is very hot during the summer months.”

“I just want to review Optical Center at this location. In April Jesse helped me to find beautiful frames. He is so kind and knowledgeable. My glasses were ready in a week. Today I brought my son. He helped him to find nice frames for his prescription glasses. Their prices are much more affordable than other places. Thank you, Jesse, for your outstanding service!”
“The one at Beltway Crossings~ Very nice dollar store i really liked it.. It has to be New cause in an area like that don't stay nice & clean for long.. I would go again..
The ONLY bad experience there was their Black Cashier!! Kept pushing my stuff down which they fell & didn't bother to help & was giving Her Ugly look for me to hurry up & bag my stuff”
“I get different types of products that I don't get in regular grocery. Different taste .No body force you to buy animal.And they are nice to Veterans.I know the one I goes to.Now they are being more wide spread.I hope they keep there reputation. My one incident with one of the cashier, he lied to me, and did not want to do my exchange on spoil milk.But another cashier help me.I went back and bought another milk and the thing happened. So I didn't throw away the evidence. I TOOK BOTK BACK TO THE STORE AND I WAS HELPED.”
“Nothing but good experiences with Miguel and the staff at Liberty. I've purchased several appliances here for my rental properties. Always easy to work with and delivery is usually the next day when I opt for delivery. I've also picked up my appliances and they help me load it into my van. What really sets them apart is when it comes down to servicing the machines. I've purchased appliances at other vendors and if something goes wrong the turnaround time to get someone to take a look at it is weeks or you can't get them on the phone. Not the case at Liberty. Had a tenant clog the dryer they came 2 days later and repaired the issue and showed the tenant how to avoid it happening again”
“My GPS showed this Grocery Outlet was closer to where I was in Odenton, Maryland vice their Columbia, Maryland store so, I decided to check it out.. I was glad ? I did. This store has more parking, a larger produce section and I believe more deals than their Columbia store. Both have excellent staff and use the Grocery Outlet app (it saved me $5). The store is smaller than your normal supermarket and may not have certain items your shopping for (among the things I was looking for were CHEAP hot dogs which they didn't have). Still, they had some good bargains and, it was fun seeing what they had. Because they have more stuff and better parking, I'd recommend this ? store over their Columbia location. Happy ? shopping ? all!”
“Love the long mumus or whatever people call it. The long nightgowns with tribal designs on it. Seems like a Mexican based spot for clothes only because I noticed a lot of the shirts say Bonita or has skulls on it. But if you have time to search it’s decent selections”

“I love this store. The cashier's usually look beat when I come through(usually around the holidays) Even tho I watched them work for 45 minutes straight-busy they whole time, they are still friendly and treat everyone respectfully. It's very clean considering how busy it gets.”

“One 3of the cleanest & organized locations, pretty well stocked. Usually if line at checkout it moves quickly very pleasent. Absolutely love school suplies, holiday decor any kind of kitchen. Utencils as well for $1.32 with taxes can't beat that”

“Honestly, the quietest Costco I've been to in Maryland. It's a bit further than my usual Costco but I discovered it while in Glen Burnie the other day. The staff is super friendly here and they have the largest book selection I've seen (although Costco is now going to stop carrying books year round). The check out line is never long here (I've been here three times now?) they have decent Asian selections here. They have good sales here - I finally saw oxo boosting power on sale for $5 less! If you're willing to drive more - this is the best Costco as it's never that busy!”
“Okay I would have given this store for 5 stars but the lines are always ling and the store is shabby. But, you cant beat there prices on meat. I used to live 3 minutes from this store and did a lot of shopping here. I've moved recently but still drive the 20 minutes to get my meat from Save a lot. Its quality goods for half the price. Make the trip its worth it. Ground meat, boneless chicken, pork chops, bacon and yes you can even grab a spiral ham for a great price. The frozen food section is great also.”
“I visited tire center today for tire replacement and I was already frustrated with Costco Columbia tire center and their rude staffs behavior.A guy name Forrest approached me and took care of my tire installation very kindly.I explained why I picked up my tire from Columbia costco to be installed at their store he listened to my concerns and he says sorry for something he was not responsible for saying to me and given me excellent customer service I highly recommend this tire center and please don't waste your precious time at Columbia costco tire center.Thanks Forrest and Arundale mills Costco tire center I appreciate your services.”
