“There are 3 family dollars in my area. This is my preferred store. Always clean, well stocked and the associates are friendly with good customer service. The only thing is the company should work on fixing the air conditioning it’s pretty hot in there sometimes which makes it uncomfortable while trying to shop I don’t see how the associates tolerate it.”

“Store is well organized and well stocked, definitely have some strong anti-theft practices here... a man walked into the store holding a duffel bag and the woman at the register asked him to leave it up front... impressive! She was really nice and respectful about it too.

“After experiencing horrible service at Family Dollar, I came here.
Eventhough he was obviously stressed, the young man wearing glasses was respectful & pleasant. When an item came up with the wrong price and I showed the proof, he had no problem with honoring it.
Therefore I WILL come back to this location.”

He kept pacing the aisles, while not responding to questions from customers then got into a verbal argument with a middle aged woman asking a simple question. “I didn't purchase anything that was worth sharing a photo of oh, but I do like shopping at the various locations because they offer a wide variety of products at reasonable prices. The Staffing is Hidden Mist, sometimes nice and sometimes not so nice. Overall this company has become a staple in many low to middle-income families and is definitely a blessing. I would recommend anyone to shop here for a quick stop.”

“You can find so much here from home decor to household items, holiday/ seasonal things, pantry & food, clothing, etc: They even have Ravens stuff there now. This is my neighborhood Fam $. Cashiers & guy always sitting by door are very friendly. Prices have gone up but they pretty much have everywhere. You have to get there sometimes before things are bought out & they restock but basically this is a really cool, decent Fam $.”
“I broke my glasses & needed a quick replacement.. Ran into the Dollar Tree and was pleasantly surprised.. The selection was nice, was greeted immediately and for a Sat afternoon - it wasn't that busy.. Once I picked out my glasses, I roamed the aisles a bit & this was the cleanest Dollar Tree I'd ever seen... Once done browsing, I got in line & Erica was so sweet.. She got me in & out.... “On visiting, one can tell that the store has been ravaged by Christmas shoppers. Still, the Staff is pleasant, other customers appeared pleased, and I think once they restock the store, choices will be plentiful and varied. For example, there is a great frozen/other foods sections. Keep up the good work!”

“I visited Dollar tree at 6503 Baltimore National pike on Saturday December 30th around 9:30 a.m. there was only one person in the whole store working. The ASM Sarah. The grace and poise she gave every customer was astonishing. She greeted each person with a smile and asked how we were. She also wished everyone a happy new year. I waited in line for 10 mins but I appreciated how courteous she was. I complemented her on how calm and friendly she was. Her response was being angry wouldn't help my situation so I rather be happy. She needs a raise. Kudos to you Sarah!Job well done.”
