Everyone was pleasant to us. The lone female employee, sorry the card is in my car, was extremely caring & knowledgeable. John, the other manager, was also well spoken & explained everything to our understanding. I live in Parkville but I would go back. We waited so we even spoke briefly to some mechanics.
