The class left me completely relaxed and released. Nancy is thorough in her details and instructions yet light and fun with her delivery. I slept amazing after class and have enjoyed the benefits of the myofascial release to my neck and shoulders all week! Highly recommend.

I love yoga with weights and Vicki is a great instructor. She does a lot of cueing that allows for the student to be be mindful and breathe through the practice.
