Don’t try out a chair or you’ll get in trouble, even if you have an injured foot. They sell chairs, but have a policy that customers are not allowed to try sitting in them. I’ve never experienced that policy before except in a museum!

This store employees don't know how to answer the phone without aggression when asked a simple question about store hours. It could detour people from wanting to shop there. aside from that they're well stocked but need to learn having a stocked store doesn't give you the right to not show respect to customers at all times.
