Had a petty encounter here today with the cashier associate #2072676 who literally refused to give me a large bag for my large purchase (coat, boots, etc.) She called the manager because she was having a bad day and wanted to eat. Long story short I finally received a bag. Definitely will be carrying my own shopping bags from now on.

Terrible products! Avoid buying suitcases from The Ross. I got the Olivet International suitcase for $50 in March 2023, and it couldn't handle a roundtrip. See the damage in the attached image. Despite claiming a 3-year warranty, their customer service is awful. I filed my claim 5 months ago and have been stuck in limbo since. They promised a replacement but disappeared. When I followed up, they said the model is out of stock, asked me to choose another, and then ghosted me again. After two months, they finally emailed saying my new choice is unavailable, and I should select again. No sense of urgency. What's the point of having a warranty? Stay away!

The staff is not very helpful at this location and tends to throw up some rule rather than looking for exceptions to the rule to improve customer satisfaction. I purchased an item and did not notice that the ink tag still on it and the staff did not either. When I went back a month later to have it removed, they told me I needed a receipt, which I had tossed a while back. They could have easily looked up my purchase and verified I bought it and removed the ink tag. Disappointing customer service and attitude at this location.

If I could get less stars I would. The lady’s at the dressing room are rude. I waited over a minute for them to get done taking…. Thought it was a customer but no just people whom work there “I’m white” they said can I help you or something… yes I’m looking for ties if you can’t help me, no help just look around the men’s area. Place is garbage. And people think white people are racist.

This Ross is located in Catonsville in a shopping cenyer on Rt. 40. This store offers a wide variety of blouses, pants, and shirts, but when it comes to skirts and shorts, the selection can be quiet limited. I guess like with any other similar store, it can be a hit or miss. I was lucky to find a casual shorts/mini skirt, although, I wished they could have had more sizes of this item.

This Ross always has the best selection of items, everyone is always very polite and the store is always clean.

They had everything I was looking for at great prices. And yet, I stood in line for over 30 minutes (again), while 2 cashiers, 2 clerks pretended to restock the shelves, 2 stocked the shelves and the manager pretended to not see anything !

Ross is my secret weapon to expand my wardrobe without spending much money. I always manage to find something. I would recommend trying items on because sometimes I find items that don't look like much on the hanger, but once I put them on, I saw how special they were. I purchased these 3 dresses and the highest I paid $14.99 (for the blue dress). I also love shopping for unique items for my home.

The cashiers ignore you! They tell you to get your receipts and bags. You have to try to reach behind the registry to pull your bags ! Who does that! The attitude ? they hire the worst people you can meet!! From the worst cities you can imagine! No eye contact they completely ignore you and scream at you to grab your receipt and bags instead of them giving them to you nicely

Came to utilize the Amazon locker.. Was instantly greeted.. Staff was nice and although busy, moved swiftly. I always love their selection of candles. Although the store wasn't very organized I was able to find all that I needed..
