Extremely accommodating and customer focused. I had to update/change my reservation multiple times due to weather changes and they took care of everything and even found a way to make it more cost effective.

The employees at this location are extremely rude to customers calling them names & are not helpful at all. Take your business elsewhere. The people here do not have proper customer service skills.

My van was towed on 1/9/2024 at around 8am, it was paid until 1/9/2024 130om was the drop off time. It's not this location fault because when I called and explained what was happening he had no clue. Someone from the customer service had the van totaled. One person said I didn't extend false another person said it was paid FALSE. Scam SCAM SCAM

Despite the line, the gentleman was courteous, polite, patient, professional, highly knowledgeable.He explained that the cargo van I originally ordered could not be a one-way trip and gave me another option. The option he gave allowed me to do a one-way trip, which saved me a great amount of time as well as cost. I truly appreciate this kind of customer service.

I had a great rental experience here. The staff are professional and pleasant to work with. Damon was helpful to me for deciding which size truck I needed. The truck was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this UHaul location.

The pickup service was great but the online service needs to be clear about pricing. I was quoted $50 and when I picked up the truck charged $108.

I would like to continue using this location because of its distance, however the policy that a customer's emergency contact must answer the phone in order to complete the check in process seems to be an inconvenience. I have never encountered such a strict policy while renting ANY vehicle. I understand that you all must stick to the rules that you have designed but I don't understand how that policy is efficient for your customers. The front desk attendant assisting me also took my photo from a mobile device which I didn't understand because I gave my ID which has my photo and I would've appreciated an explanation upon arrival instead of just being told its a policy. Facility and vehicles are clean and thats what matters to me but customer service was an odd experience to say the least.

The location was close to my house, the van was clean, and the guy behind the counter was friendly and professional. However, he was working by himself on a vrey busy Saturday morning! He did a great job but he's needs some help. Stop being a greedy corporate monster. Spend the money on the hard-working people that service your customers. They are the face of your business. I will not return to U-Haul because of this. I will take my business somewhere else.

This is by FAR the worst experience I've ever had at U-Haul. As someone who has rented many times over the years, this location needs to be completely re-evaluated.Damon Montgomery (U-Haul employee) has the worst customer service skills I have ever witnessed. This man makes up rules and policies off the top of his head. And when you politely ask for clarification or challenge his made-up rules he makes up another lie and backtracks.He is very abrasive, looks to give minimal effort while taking random breaks in the back with a lobby full of customers.If you review the google reviews he has over 4 years of bad reviews and yet U-haul continues to employ this unethical individual.And to make matters worse he has a horrible reputation in the company. I will leave that there, but just know folks know this man is a terrible employee. I highly suggest pick a competitor or another location.
