Nicole Brown took us in and got our paperwork notarized despite it being very close to closing time. She was funny, sweet, and great to work with. Extremely rude and unprofessional service from both the teller and amplified by the branch manager... after reading the reviews of this particular banking institution what's the point they don't even plan to change or correct this behavior? They wouldn't even let me exchange small big bills for smaller ones...
