“The Post Worker, Michele, is such a great asset to this location. I was mailing something to the Maryland Maryland Comptroller's office, and she quickly noticed that the Zip Code typed on the envelope was incorrect. She noted the mistake to me and allowed me to update the Zip code on the envelope and also on the Certified Mail Receipt. I left the post office shocked that someone could be as attentive as her and willing to help others. She is a role model for dedicated employees and an asset to that Post Office Location.I hope this message is shared among her coworker so she can get the recognition she deserves and others can see how a postal service worker could positively affect someone's life.”
“Always have a good experience. Pretty busy every once in a while as to be expected being located downtown. Great service if you can get in during the less busy hours.”
“Staff is very friendly. I’ve had limited interaction with them, but from what I’ve seen and heard they are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. My only slight issue is certain transactions need a supervisor to be present, and she is not there later in the afternoon. Even the employee was surprised by this, so I’m sure I’m not the only customer who has wasted a trip. But that’s a main office issue and not the fault of the Perryville employees.”

“I will have my first one on one transaction tomorrow morning and I don't predict any problems whatsoever. I've used their mail slots on several occasions with no problem from other customers or anyone for that matter.”
