“This store is a cornerstone of the neighborhoods around it. Before I had a vehicle, this location was my go-to for essentials and it still is for many others.
Very friendly staff and probably the cleanest Family Dollar I've been to.”
“While dollar tree as a company is... Questionable, what isn't questionable is how wonderful the people are who work here. I hope they appreciate the wonderful ladies and gentlemen who work here.
From what I overheard in the store, I'm one of many who feel that way, and that's all credit to the workers. Thank you so much!”
“I have been to my share of Dollar Trees, and let me tell you, this was one of the best well stock and organized one I have been to by far. Not a box in sight . Everything was in place and not jumbled all over the place.!!!!”
“Today was my first time visiting this location and it was wonderful. Sandie was so helpful and I couldn't thank her enough. I was exhausted, losing my voice, and needed balloons for a coworker's last day tomorrow. I found out there is a helium shortage and the first store I went to said they were out. Sandie said her gauge showed it was just about empty, but she tried anyway. I'm so appreciative, she was able to inflate the balloons and save me from driving around trying to find a store with helium. I certainly didn't have the strength to do that, so I'm thankful for Sandie and people like her who care enough to go above and beyond.”
“The new dollar tree on Bridge Street has gone leaps and bounds above the other DG locations in this area. Its been a few months now & the store is still clean & well organized”
“Michele was absolutely so helpful and courteous it was unbelievable… I know she’s been there for an extended period of time but each and every time I’ve come into that store she’s nicer and nicer to any and everyone she meets. Her level of guest service is exemplary… I will keep coming back because of her… Thank you so much, Michele

“Just had a remodel done on the 7th of July. First remodel since the store opened in 1985!!! I have to say they did a great job utilizing the space provided. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and hardworking. The store is well stocked, clean, and the merchandise is easily accessible. By far one of the cheapest retail stores in the area. I recommend stopping in for quick shopping trips or you can also browse more due to the utilization of the space. All and all I'm impressed with this store in particular and will be a frequent shopper there from now on.”
“I had a amazing experience with one of the clearly new hires Amber. She was kind, answered all my questions very nicely, greeted me even though she had just dealt with a extremely rude customer saying about why it's taking so long to get cash for her register, 5 out of 5 stars. Honestly one of my favorite dollar trees, always nice workers especially Amber! Great new edition!”
“If you go into a dollar store expecting things that simply can't happen the staff is not being rude. You are being unreasonable. As discount stores go this one is one of the best around. Well stocked. Well managed. Organized. Staff is always friendly, even to people that could use a slap upside the head”
“Nice place to shop and the employees are very friendly and helpful.Only negative Mark against the store it's isle's are a bit small for two way traffic but if need to you can squeeze by”
“This is the best Dollar General I have ever been to. The staff are really nice. The store is always nice and clean and I can always find what I'm looking for.”
“Ignorant cashier, other line was held up, so she takes one person and I ask do you want me to go back over there she says snottily, you're already here, no thank you or nothing like she was doing me a favor, this is the one at Salem Ctr, the one at Sunset station isn't any better. What ever happened to good customer service. I predict before too long they will be out of business just like Family Dollar”
“Nice variety of items, my go to store for seasonal decorations, party and craft supplies, candy, storage containers, and cards. New staff seems to keep it organized and shelves stocked.”
“I was in here a little while ago today.. I appreciate you and hope this helps out, I will edit it to add your name if you want man - perfect etiquette - polite, well spoken and helpful, so I wouldn't think twice about putting this up. I'm looking up to you”
“I want to thank the workers at this Dollar General. My little boy was sick and threw up in the parking lot. The care they showed my kid was as if that was their kid. That was great and made me see that doing a job is one thing but actually caring when you don't have too is another.
Thank you 😊”
“Just stopped at the Dollar General for a few items. I have to say this is the nicest DG I have been in in a very long time. When you walk in it smells clean, the cashier said hello. While browsing aisles, items are stocked and prices are marked correctly (items in correct spots). You could easily use a shopping cart without hitting over stock. I have found in other stores it is difficult to do so because merchandise blocks the aisle way. I am very impressed and will be visiting this location more often!!”
“I absolutely love this place!!! Every one that works here are absolutely amazing, nice and very professional!! I come here every night after work and all the employees morning shift ,and night shift are very welcoming, hard working, the store is always stocked, clean…”
“the cashier working at 1:50 thursday afternoon deserves a raise!!!! she took time out of her shift to walk an elderly woman to her car because she couldn’t walk with the stuff she purchased. such a sweetheart!!!”
“Last place for miles around. Good place for stocking up on snacks for a day on the water. They have a small produce section as well that’s pretty convenient, has your typical stuff like oranges, watermelon, grapes, and veggies. Probably the best place as far as money is concerned for grabbing mixers because the liquor store down the road is mostly beer and liquor with not much else. Oh and they have ice as well. ALMOST a one stop shop (still need said beer store obviously)”
