“I'm giving this five stars not because it's perfect but because it's a great value. Sure, there are nicer hotels. They will cost you over twice as much. This is an old fashioned motel where you park in front of your room. It's clean and convenient. Right off 95, a few hundred feet past the Maryland line. Walk to Waffle House, McDonald's, KFC. The couple who have run it for the last 35 years are kind, friendly and responsive. Big thumbs up from me.”

Nice place , but they didn't hold this at first floor room , but this time they didRooms: The rooms are really nice their suites Everything you need, you don't need to go out.Safety: I walk around outside. I feel very safe. I think this is a safe area.”

“I loved our stay here because of the comfortable rooms and the courteous receptionist. He offered to make us warm cookies because they ran out of complimentary ones and brought us towels during the busy Friday night. The rooms were very spacious and the shower was nice. I would definitely stay there again!”

“Wonderful staff, and comfy rooms! Morgan, and the staff at this location, made sure my meeting went as smooth as possible! Meeting room was set up great, had plenty of refreshments all day long, and lunch was prepared for my attendees early, and just in time for break...Ms. Morgan even came to check on everything after the meeting was over..I will be back at this venue..”

“This place is a dump. Elevator has been broken for a month. Garbage all over the parking lot. They allow parties to go on all night and do nothing to stop them. The staff quiet and no one served breakfast this weekend. The woman at the front desk is nasty when you try and make a complaint.”

“Since there was a mixed bag of reviews I didn't know what to expect. I needed a reasonably priced place for basically sleeping for 2 nights and I had Wyndham points I used. That being said I was not expecting a hilton, rooms were somewhat updated some newer furnishings but the laminate was peeling off the night stand. Our carpet had a large spot that was melted/worn away. I'm not a fan of the sink right next to the bed, outside of the bathroom, but that is just preference. No tub. Shower door is weird. It was quiet but we were in what I would say is the way back. All in all it was a decent stay it was close to campus/stadiums, quiet, comfortable and pretty clean. It is a little tired, could use some paint or a deep clean in the rooms or at least the one we were in. Paper sconces were pretty beat up. Breakfast was the norm hotel food.”
“my experience at this hotel was very pleasant. The hot breakfast was eggs and bacon and potatoes and toast , more than enough yogurt, cereals pancakes, and other items....plus specialty coffees. The pool was beautiful and the hot tub was wonderful. So many hotels that I have stayed in, claim to offer a pool or hot tub- then when you arrive ---these amenities are closed, which is so disappointing. the exercise room was small, and treadmill not working,but still met my needs nicely. The TV worked, and the temperature was good. They delivered on everything that they advertised was offered, and my room was meticulously clean, as was the facility overall. Despite other reviews that I have read, I did not see any insects of any kind. For the price, I consider this facility more than a bargain, and the staff were well spoken and extremely pleasant and helpful.. The outside looks old, but the inside of the building is quite modern, and I would stay here again, without a doubt.”

“Booked 2 rooms hoping they be close together. No, they were on different floors. There was food under the bed, floor was very sticky (when tried to wipe up all there was was soap residue), remote had no cover to the battery department, there was only one kids channel, and beds were sunken in the middle. Otherwise seen no evidence of rodents, was never bit by anything, it was quiet, linens were fresh and clean, bathroom/mini frig/microwave were clean, television was easy to see and hear. Second room was not bad at all. What first room was lacking this room had and vice versa.Noteworthy details: They do have a security guard on the premises and all vehicles for patriants have to be documented and a tag inside of car or you will be considered trespassing.”
