“This is quite a nice spot for gifts (whether they are for others or for yourself ) The staff were friendly and helpful - not at all bothered that we were just there to browse.
The parking is easy - just park on the street and take a stroll. I don't remember if there is a step up from the sidewalk - probably, so access may be a challenge for some.
Overall, a nice place to visit and shop.”
“Twigs and Teacups is hands down one of our absolute favorite places—whether we’re delivering flowers or hunting for the perfect gift. They have the most incredible selection of unique, thoughtfully curated items you truly won’t find anywhere else. Every corner feels special and has a new surprise!!
The staff is beyond helpful—always kind, welcoming, and ready to make sure you find exactly what you didn’t even know you needed.
And we have to say it… we all love Johnathan. If you haven’t met him yet, you’re missing out. Go say hi (and give him a pet)—he might just be the best employee on the team 🐾”
“I'm still giving a 5 star rating as I buy lots of supplies from this store and have always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. However, today I found out that they don't have any guarantees on the trees that they sell. I bought a white dogwood a few weeks ago, placed it in a protected location and watered it appropriately. It's dead now. I'm a Master Gardener and am pretty knowledgeable about plant care. Obviously the tree was stressed before I purchased it. Lesson learned; don't buy live plants from Tractor Supply.”
“I was in the Chestertown location from out of town and accidentally left my sunglasses inside while shopping today—the Bee Crafty staff (special shoutout to Nancy) came back after hours to make sure I got them before I leave to go home tomorrow! Thank you so much”

“I love getting what I paid for. Great deal on table, reasonable delivery fee. These types of ma & pop shops are far and few between. So glad I found em 🔥”
