“I would give more stars if possible! My RAV4 had the engine light on and a message that the AWD system was malfunctioning. They diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. All was good for a few weeks. Then same engine light and AWD malfunction message. We were not happy. Took the car back to Wayne. They determined the part ordered and installed was bad. They ordered another replacement part from Toyota. But what impressed us the most was how Wayne handled the situation. He only asked us to pay the difference in the parts. He "ate" the labor charge and sent the malfunctioning part back to the place he bought it from. I've never had a situation like this before, but I can honestly say Wayne was very professional and handled the matter to our satisfaction.”

“Had an issue with my daughter’s car who is in the local college and I was unable to get down there. Everyone who works here is super friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable and did not take average of me or my daughter in this situation. More places need to take lessons from them on how to handle customers.”
