“i got into a fender bender. a guy crossed into my lane and basically wiped me out while driving my Ford F-150.
the truck, lifted 2021 Black Widow limited edition. i thought of no other place than Caliber Collision.
the team here in Chestertown were kind, attentive, extremely professional and very easy to get ahold of when seeking a status update on my repairs.
when i dropped off the truck it was raining. quick in out super easy quick proceess didnt have to wait long for anything.. they had my paperwork ready(check), the process to get a loaner truck info and where to go(check) approx how long would my truck be in the shop(check) with whom i could reach out to if i had any questions day/night (check). like i said easy easy process.
hopefully i don’t get into another fender bender anytime soon… but if i do… here is where im bringing my truck to …”
“They were awesome! They helped us diagnose the van properly. They took their time with the diagnosing and didn't just start replacing parts hoping it'll fix it. Since the issue they found was going to be a very expensive repair and so intermittent and infrequent they only charged us the diagnostic fee and said when the issue happens more often come back and we'll take another look. Love them for that!!!”

“We were traveling from VA to PA when our tire went flat, no spare tire. We called aaa and got these guys. The tow truck driver couldn’t have been a nicer guy, very patient while we figured out what we were going to do next, as we had to stay over night and wait for the car to be repaired. He took us to the shop, we were able to find a place to stay over night, and by 9:30am the next day, our car was ready to go. They sent us a shuttle to take all four of us to the shop, to pick up our car, so we didn’t have to pay for an Uber/ Lyft.”
