“The level of customer service here is excellent. I have a retrofitted grooming van with all kinds of custom hoses and fittings. One of them broke and I had a major leak. I explained my problem to Mike and he was able to retrofit a toilet supply line, a hose barb, and clamps to create what I needed. He cut and fitted everything on the spot. I will be coming here for all my hardware needs in the future.”
“Very nice Florist shop! I ordered from out of state an arrangement over the phone not knowing what I would get for value and cost, and the person who took my order was very nice and helpful!! Always afraid it’s going to be a tiny arrangement, but this one was beautiful!! The person it went to was raving about how beautiful it was!!! Thank you!”

“This is a small neighborhood hardware store but they keep an impressive array of hardware, tools, paint, garden, and "lifestyle" items for most DIY projects. Where the big box stores are geared to accommodate contractors, Annie's aims for the individual and their residence. Staff is always friendly, the store is well staffed for their size so there's always someone available for questions or assistance. I really appreciate a hardware store that can still operate in the neighborhood without leveling 15 acres. Factoring in my time and general frustration with large box stores, the prices for a quick trip down the street are competitive with other options.”

“Received an unexpected arrangement. It was stunning. Each pedal on every flower was pristine, as were the leaves and greens. They're holding up very well. Since everything was so perfect, I wondered if the arrangement had been gathered from flowers and greenery inside the van then assembled just before reaching the subdivision. “In the past while shopping at Home Depot (Bethesda), it was a struggle. Whether it was because of Covid or the lack of staffing, you would need to figure out things yourself. Sometimes you were very lucky when the staff would at least point in the directions of what you were looking for. Today, we stopped by to pick a masonry drill bit set and the customer service were through the roof! It was amazing! Wow, we were shocked at the level of customer service! Great job!!! Don”

“This place rocks. We went here after a huge fail at a nearby store. Upon entering Frager's, we were greeted by a nice employee who gave us perfect directions to exactly where we needed to go. Pretty good selection of planters and pots here, too. Far better prices than some of the other good stores like American Plant (another good store, but located on the outer reaches of the solar system in Bethesda)Definitely go here and not the new, trendy store at Eastern Market.”

“Arrived just before 5 on a Friday afternoon. I had called before I came and been told they closed at 6pm not 5.The people to help had left a bit early ( it had rained ). The gentleman who was there ( not one of the manual laborers) was exceptionally helpful. He could have just said ‘They are gone’ or ‘Not my job’. Instead he left what he was doing and loaded 10 bags of mulch into my car, and was exceptionally polite and kind.Thank you soo much Sir. You made my day - actually my whole weekend!! “Mr. Mack saved the day! My daughter and I came in with a bent key. It just so happened Me. Mack was at customer service and what I thought was a minor bend was in fact multiple bends. Long story short he worked the bend out and not only did I get a replacement key, but my original works now as well! Thank you Me. Mack and the other young employee in the key department. “This is a huge store, & I am just referring to the regular store not the attached equipment rental area. I was here on a weekday morning, & I saw employees everywhere I looked. I never had a problem finding someone to ask for help from. I recommend this Home Depot for all your seasonal decorations & your home improvement, fixit and related maintenance items. There is also a nice, large and clean men's restroom. The Christmas decorations you can get here are awesome & more than enough to decorate both the inside & outside of your home in the spirit of the season. If you are looking for a good sale they are in every department of the store. There was clearance in the gardening department and winter hand warmers on sale at the entrance. “This review is essentially about Home Depot's access to the Bagster service. I had hundreds of pounds of old roofing that needed removal. You need a place to put the bag that they can pick up without interfering with overheads, like wires and space, like parking. It cost me about $250! And I could have loaded even more, but I didn't have time. They don't take old appliances etc. In under 10 minutes, they were done and gone. It's www.thebagster.com.”
“I came in last night to get a thermostat guard and some drip pans for my plants. Everything was very easy to find and also very well stocked. Self checkout was a breeze even though there were also cashiers available too. I recommend this location because they have a great selection in the garden department.”
