I am happy that we have a Staples because what would we do without it? My local Staples closed (at Florida and Connecticut Ave) but I am happy to drive out to Wisconsin Ave because I know I can find what I want.

The staff at this location are incredibly unhelpful and show zero empathy. They act as if doing their job is a favor, not a responsibility. I’ve been to many Staples stores, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. The manager, Della, only makes things worse—completely unprofessional and unwilling to assist. It’s honestly shocking how little they care about customer service.

I want to thank the Staples employee at this store who went out of his way to figure out that a cord that he had would fit my DVD Player. At first, he said that it was not in stock and that I could order it. But when he saw how much I needed it right away, he sold me one that he had in his work station and, I imagine, ordered more for himself! Such service I have not experienced anywhere else.

I don't usually leave reviews but just want to give a shout out to the lady who is usually at the counter at Staples. She really is lovely and always greets me and is very helpful. The store is convenient and they validate parking.
