Place feels a bit like a crypt. I am not sure why this branch remains open. Who is the older white woman in the suit who walks around the office with no apparent purpose? I assume she is the six-figure branch manager. She added no value to my client experience when I was in the branch to do a transaction. All she did was rudely interrupt my conversation with the teller and then wander off. Perhaps it is her job to stamp the validation on the parking ticket? I don't know because I didn't use the parking.

I visited this location for the first time recently to deposit some checks. The teller who assisted me was polite and processed everything efficiently. No line or wait when I visited (Saturday morning).

This Bank racially profiled me , I brought in a check from my employer instead of calling to verify immediately she started asking me questions in regards to how long I been with the company and what’s my profession , she even went and said she never seen me in the area before - I truly felt embarrassed , I never had someone ask me such invasive questions in progress of verifying my check.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely rude! Cold, and didn’t know what they were doing! I am closing my account with this bank!!!! I hate to do black and white thing, but this is a very obvious discrimination! Never again!

I love it because across the street is the giant and bowling alley and other shops that when I go shopping then I can go to the bank also. Lately they gave me a good account and gave me discount for that because of my income. Also gave me assure credit card that I have to put money in it and then can use as a credit card that is like a credit card and can do shopping with it. The staff also are nice and good. You go there by the floiw and every one is in line. First come first serve

If I could give 0 stars I would ! Horrible customer service ! They don't know how to do their job ! Couldn't cash a check, the lady at the window had an attitude from the moment she opened her mouth. I would never visit this location again and makes me wonder how other suntrusts banks treat their clients ! Mamie Ceesay wouldn't even let me speak to anyone else and refused to further help me. I don't understand how they could've employed someone so incompetent of completing simple tasks. By far the worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!!! Please don't bank here or at least avoid this location at all costs ! Absolutely disgusted.

How I wish I could give zero star, their service was terrible! When I tried to open an checking account, the personal banker said I have to open an savings account together with it, then they start to charge fees from my savings account until it reach zero. What's more, the personal banker moved my money from my checking account to that savings account without my authorization to keep it open, over a few month Suntrust closed the account I didn't want when they charged the fees gradually until it reached zero! I called customer service, the representative said he couldn't do anything, I need to contact the branch, I emailed the personal banker to ask her about it and she never get back, when I finally got time to go to the branch in person and complain this to a manger she said she can't do anything because its been a while. I wanted a bank with professional service and keep my money safe, now I learned my lesson from SunTrust and would stay away from it as far as possible!

The service was terrible, their personal banker said I have to open a savings account if i want a checking account when I said I don't want it, then they start to charge fees to that account until the balance reached zero, they charged more than a hundred dollars over a few month, then the personal banker transferred my money to the savings account I didn't want without authorization to keep it open, finally that account was closed by them when they took all the money from that account. When I called the customer service, they said they couldn't help, when I emailed that personal banker she never get back, when I talk to the manager she said she can't do anything because it's been a while. I would stay as far as I can from this bank!

Clearly the first location issue was all Mamie Ceesays doing. The lady at the second branch had no problem assisting me. Wow!

The service is pretty good here, if maybe a little slow. On Saturday mornings it's very quiet and hardly any wait.
