“Something dripped on the door of my truck in a parking garage that damaged the paint. I had a warrenty on the ceramic coating from the dealership and they put me in touch with this company. I called and sent an email and I got a response from Ron to set an appointment. The location is right next to a redline metro station sonitnwas okay to leave my truck there since I could use that to get to work. He had my truck for a few hours and I was able to pick it up when I got off. He had an overnight box with a code, so I didn't have to leave work early to get my key. Everything was covered by the warrenty and my truck looked great after! Jon is a cool person who was willing to work with my schedule and provided a great service!”

“Best car wash experience I've ever had. It's obviously pricier than a normal car wash, but my small SUV (Mazda CX5) was cleaner than when I bought it originally. Service was quality too, texting me updates on when I could pick it up. If you want to COMPLETELY clean the interior (and exterior, but I mostly cared about the inside), this is the place.”

“I recently got some interior detailing & a car wash done at Shine My Ride and am 100% satisfied with the service I received! Booking an appt online was smooth and painless- I was able to find an appt date/time quickly on my preferred date. A deposit was required at time of booking. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Damon who has THE BEST customer service skills- very friendly, thorough and helpful. Damon did an inspection of my vehicle with me and explained pricing and options for my vehicle's needs. I was given a total cost prior to committing to the service, which I felt was a fair price for what I was getting. I chose to drop my car off for a later pickup and was told it would be ready in about 4hrs but my vehicle was actually ready a bit sooner than that. The crew did an amazing job cleaning my car, getting rid of all evidence of the matted dog fur that was building in the carpets. Everything was spotless- inside and out. I was given instructions for when to place the floor mats back down to ensure everything was properly dried first. My car looks just as good as the day I drove it off the car lot brand new. Shine My Ride definitely has my recommendation for detailing in the area!”
“Great job from Wilson and the best pricing I found in the area for a hand wash. They take pride in their work. I went for a basic wash, which includes an interior vacuum and exterior wash. It left my ride shining and clean. If you love to keep car paint starch-free, Wilson is the man.”
“I spilled a giant tray of cooked shrimp with all it's shrimp sauce/juice all over my rear back seat, and for 7 days I tried everything I could think of to clean it up to no avail. And every single day, the smell kept getting worse and worse, to the point that I was worried I wouldn't be able to breathe through my nose in my car ever again. Luckily, Mike and Premere Auto Detail were there to save me.
When I called Mike, I immediately could tell that he was a professional and cared about my situation. We had a 10 minute phone call where he asked how long its been since the spill, what type of seats, if the seat were perforated, and gave me a good estimate of what needed to be done (no other company took the time like him). While yes, the price was a little higher than other estimates, you get what you pay for. Mike made time for me two days after we called, came right on time at 8:00AM, and spent 3 hours completely eliminating the smell/mess, and using the ozone treatment on my car. He even took the entire car seat out so he could clean in spaces I wasn't sure were even dirty! Overall, great experience, he truly saved my life with this mess/smell clean up, and I would 1000% recommend his service to anyone at all, especially if you have a smell/stain you CAN NOT get out yourself... because I'm sure Mike can ?.”
“Thorough interior and exterior car wash by hand. Called before hand to confirm it was open. It's in the parking lot at the Exxon gas station. Kind Spanish-speaking workers clarified price and services included. I'm normally picky, but they met my expectations! While the car got washed, we sat in the lobby of the hotel next door. Used Zelle as payment. Highly recommend if you're in the area”

Luigi looked at our right front fender liner, then 1) replaced a missing clip to secure liner to fender and 2) because the liner is broken, couldn't affix a missing bolt. "But you're good to go," he said. "You need a new fender liner but it's not an emergency." No charge. Refused a $20 "thank you." Best to call for an appointment. Open 7:30 AM - 5:30 M-F and 9 AM-noon Saturdays. Plus, btw, cordial welcome from staff and a clean, cool, capacious waiting area.”

“The outside of my car looks spanking new! The interior surface looks very shiny & clean, too! However, when I folded down my third row, it wasn't vacuumed. The spaces between the sliding doors weren't wiped down either. Small crevices here and there were left untouched. Overall, it was a decent job, and I would have given a 4.7-star rating, but that option isn't available.”
“We had an excellent experience with Capitol Shine. We had them put paint protection film and ceramic coat on our Tesla.
They did a great job and the car looks beautiful--possibly even better than before they put on the protection.
They also cleaned the interior of the car for us as an unexpected little treat.
Before scheduling, I had approximately eleven thousand questions about the timing and options and Kimberly patiently answered all of them over the course of several days. Kudos to her for excellent customer service.
