You can add on interior cleaning or do it yourself at the self service lane with well functioning vacuum-cleaners. Large territory. Clean. Friendly staff. (I frequent the place bimonthly or at least once a month for the deluxe washing and do the vacuuming myself).”

“I went to HALLSTAR Tint for a full vehicle tint removal to pass my Maryland state safety inspection. I went in at 4pm on a Thursday and it seemed like they were only working on one vehicle at a time, but the wait was very short even though I didn't call ahead or anything. The tint removal cost $120 and took about an hour. The whole process was very straightforward and the lady at the front desk was very nice. A couple of regulars came in while I was waiting and I got the impression that they have a loyal clientele. Overall I had a great experience and I would recommend their tint removal service!”
“My car battery was on its way out after this past winter, so I stopped by KSC to see if they had one in stock. They had a battery that would fit my 2022 Honda Accord, so I left the vehicle with them in the morning. I also asked if they could check on a tire that had been slowly losing air pressure. Even though I didn't have a service appointment, my vehicle was ready with a new battery installed within just a few hours, and the source of the leak in my tire was found and repaired. Much faster than if I had taken it to the dealership. Everyone I interacted with at KSC was friendly, polite, and remembered my name. Good customer service is sadly a rare thing to find, but it's nice to see that it still exists at KSC.”

“As I was driving down 270, my car began to shake and I noticed a chemical burning smell. I was on my way to a funeral, so already not a great day. I barely made it to Lake Liberty before my car died. The gentlemen were calm, kind and offered to let me leave the car while I went to the funeral. I picked it up today with everything working beautifully. The service was excellent and I so appreciated the kindness they showed.”

“The outside of my car looks spanking new! The interior surface looks very shiny & clean, too! However, when I folded down my third row, it wasn't vacuumed. The spaces between the sliding doors weren't wiped down either. Small crevices here and there were left untouched. Overall, it was a decent job, and I would have given a 4.7-star rating, but that option isn't available.”
