“Got quarter right rear window on Corolla in 30 minutes on a Sat morning for $230 after tax, etc, which is actually a great deal. Note: the small window repair entails removing entire interior door panel and it's a royal pain if you have never done it before. Car interior came back vacuumed out. I have also had windshields repaired and replaced by them. Excellent service and value.”

“I really wanted to like this place, they did a great job on my father’s car and a couple of friends cars as well. However, I recently got my car repaired here- I received no updates on the car (as I was promised), every time I’d call for an update they’d give me a false date (which I can understand but becomes tiring after the fourth/fifth time calling), when my car was finally ready, they hadn’t completed various things they promised would be done. Had to take the car elsewhere to get an alignment and am currently receiving 0 updates on a missing part they forgot about/ forgot to replace on my car. Overall, they are extremely friendly, the work done is nice - really wanted to enjoy my personal experience with them, but it was very lacking.”

Luigi looked at our right front fender liner, then 1) replaced a missing clip to secure liner to fender and 2) because the liner is broken, couldn't affix a missing bolt. "But you're good to go," he said. "You need a new fender liner but it's not an emergency." No charge. Refused a $20 "thank you." Best to call for an appointment. Open 7:30 AM - 5:30 M-F and 9 AM-noon Saturdays. Plus, btw, cordial welcome from staff and a clean, cool, capacious waiting area.”

They even fixed an issue with a rear bracket that Tesla body shop and Tesla service wasn't able to fix properly from a previous repair when someone hit me from behind. Paul the owner spoke with me over the phone we set an appointment and he was right on time bringing the windshield repair to be done at my home. I have a Mercedes sl 500 that had a chip in the windshield. I keep my car in pristine condition. Paul came out and fixed the chip you don't even see where the chip existed before the fix. Safetech was honest, very price competitive and performed a flawless windshield repair. Great company.”
