They even include an air freshener in the cost of the wash . I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!”

My Tesla needed 3 different pieces of glass replaced, due to debris falling on top of vehicle while driving. Along with the chrome trim being damaged.
It took a bit long, which was expected, and was given advanced notice when I dropped it off that it would take about 30 days.
Looks like the damage never happened!!

“The outside of my car looks spanking new! The interior surface looks very shiny & clean, too! However, when I folded down my third row, it wasn't vacuumed. The spaces between the sliding doors weren't wiped down either. Small crevices here and there were left untouched. Overall, it was a decent job, and I would have given a 4.7-star rating, but that option isn't available.”

Kimberly provided outstanding customer service as she was very professional, knowledgeable about every step of the process and kept me informed the entire time.

The paint was fully polished and corrected before the PPF was applied with absolute precision with no visible seams, edges or bubbles. You can add on interior cleaning or do it yourself at the self service lane with well functioning vacuum-cleaners. Large territory. Clean. Friendly staff. (I frequent the place bimonthly or at least once a month for the deluxe washing and do the vacuuming myself).”
“I went to HALLSTAR Tint for a full vehicle tint removal to pass my Maryland state safety inspection. I went in at 4pm on a Thursday and it seemed like they were only working on one vehicle at a time, but the wait was very short even though I didn't call ahead or anything. The tint removal cost $120 and took about an hour. The whole process was very straightforward and the lady at the front desk was very nice. A couple of regulars came in while I was waiting and I got the impression that they have a loyal clientele. Overall I had a great experience and I would recommend their tint removal service!”
“The customer service that’s found at Bethesda Detailers can be hard to come by elsewhere. I also have been very pleased with the detailing work and I like their loyalty/points system.
Additionally, I had window tints installed. After my initial installation, I had a personal concern about the “Venetian blind” or “ladder” effect in the rear window. When I reached out about this concern, Josh was communicative and resourceful in offering solutions. My only feedback about the experience would be that for someone like me who never had tints before, a heads up about the effect might have helped me to make a more informed decision from the start. However, it all eventually worked out. Josh even went as far as replacing the rear glass when the defroster was affected from attempting to fix the ladder effect. He kept me informed throughout the resolution process, including following up to ensure everything was working properly afterward. I am a happy returning customer.”

It’s been a bit busy lately so be ready to be patient because you may have to wait. While you do, talk to the attendant who zips around on a scooter making sure everything is running smoothly. “The pros: overall they get the job done and it’s a nearby neighborhood location with decent pricing.
Cons: there’s little quality control so you have to inspect and ask them to clean places that were missed. The window cleaning is the worst. Just be firm and they will address the issues.
It’s also difficult knowing how to enter given it changes without signage or an attendant giving instructions. If you enter the “wrong” direction of the day you ending waiting in line twice.”
