“Very friendly and helpful staff , who matched my paint perfectly !! The paint may cost a little extra but well worth it in the long run. The original paint , I had started a project , with was a Walmart paint , but when I tried to have Walmart mix me another quart after running out , the result was a completely different color and sheen. The original code was still in tact and visible and only 4 days has passed , yet Walmart still couldn't match their own paint. So I took the empty paint can to Benjamin Moore , where I had NO problem getting someone to match this beautiful bluish grey color (Goblin). And saving me from not only from having to buy another whole gallon of paint , but from having to repaint everything I had already painted once. Thank You Benjamin Moore , and all of the friendly and competent people who work there !! All of my business will now go to you !!”

Kristine, a stand-out employee, is knowledgeable about so many things and always willing to spend time assisting customers. Kristine has helped me with all things related to an enormous, whole-house, interior paint job. Recently, she spent a great deal of time helping me determine the best product to use for a mosaic project. I vote this enthusiastic, knowledgeable and pleasant employee MVP! “This is a great small town hardware store. They stock all the basics you would expect as well as some specialty items. The prices are higher than the big box store, but not excessively. You can save time and gas by grabbing a couple items here and save the big shipping list for the bigger stores.”
“Best customer service around. I can use any hardware store if I know what I need to buy, but Costello’s is THE place to go if I ever have a question or know I will need assistance. A couple days ago I had what I would characterize as my “usual” five star experience when I needed some deck refinishing products. Brandy was immensely helpful finding exactly what I needed to include the right accessories, and along with her colleague Jeff, made sure the color was the exact one I was after.
