“I visited Kay Jewlers Outlet in Clarksburg and was initially greeted and helped by Joe. She was patient, pleasant and friendly about helping me with my selections. When it was time to pick up my orders, I was helped by Norma who took the time and effort to figure out an error in my order, then fixed the error which resulted in a resubmission of a new order twice (which saved me about 900 dollars.). When my orders were completed, I left the store very satisfied with my purchases. Special thanks to Joe and Norma. It’s small individual moments like these that can change a person life.”
