“Our favorite place to shop in the area! They have good selections, decent number of premium brands (Theory, All saints, Vince, Saks off 5th) as well as your standard CK, Adidas and Nike stores. They also have a couple cosmetic stores and I go there to get basic skin care for cheaper. Overall, not the best premium outlet I've been to but would say best option in the area. One downside is their foodcourt selection - wish they had better options than what's currently available. Hoping they improve!”
“Pretty much a daily starting point walk for my dog Roland and me. Great places to walk, relax, meet other folks. Excellent restaurants, shops and places to go.1/1/2024”
“Love that you can grocery shop, pick up dinner at one of the restaurants and run in to pick up some wine at the beer and wine store on the corner. Also can see a doctor at the urgent care”
“The Damascus Shopping Center in Damascus, Maryland, serves as a convenient hub for local shopping and dining. This center features a variety of stores that cater to everyday needs, from grocery shopping at Weis Markets to grabbing a quick bite at local eateries. The shopping center also includes services such as a bank and a pharmacy, making it a one-stop destination for residents. Its ample parking and easy accessibility make it a practical choice for quick errands or leisurely shopping trips. The atmosphere is family-friendly and provides a safe and relaxed shopping experience. Overall, the Damascus Shopping Center is a valued resource for the community, offering both convenience and variety.”
“Neelsville has been revived. It went through an awkward phase for a few years, but now seems to be on the upswing. Giant Food, beer and wine, frozen yogurt, BGR, Chipotle, Potbelly, Starbucks, and Noodles offer eat and drink. AT&T, Ulta, Nail Salon, European Waxing (opening soon), Club Pilates, and Sherwin Williams.”
“This shopping center is always very, very busy and there is not adequate parking so be patient. I do appreciate the dedicated parking spaces for new mothers. There are some new stores- &pizza is in the end cap where the honey ham store used to be. Hibachi changed the layout so the orders and payments are now at the back, they removed the front counter. On this visit we went to CVS and noticed a lot of the products are locked behind glass. Signs of the times I guess.”
“I first discovered this place looking for 4DX closer to me when Gallery Place Regal closed down for a bit. Ever since I've been returning for the wide variety of shops they have here. They have something for everyone in terms of the stores, restaurants, and various other things in this section. Frederick really does have a little bit of everything because there's so much space to build out here and with the addition of Firebirds and a few other places it just really shines and it's great for locals and those who don't mind traveling a few minutes to enjoy the place they were looking for. It's always clean here and there are rarely any crazy things happening. It's also great in the summer time if you want to walk around or enjoy the outdoors.”
“We eat at the Japanese Restaurant quite a Bit. Love the atmosphere and the food is such a delight. The entertainment is all about the chefs, and be aware, you will probably need a Doggie bag .”
“Although Montgomery Village rocked back in the 80s with their movie theater and toy store, and other cool stores... Now we have Big Lots which is nice, but we need more great spots here. But it's looking promising here”
“Really nice community. Lots of nice spots.Different options for food, drinks, nice meeting location. Dentist office, Dog groomer, Safeway for groceries and pharmacy, bars, salon, sushi joint, and many more. Urgent care and family care center coming soon to the Kings farm village center. Really nice community”
“Nice area to enjoy the little things that are necessary for the locals. Family, kids, and pet friendly.Germantown Commons shopping center appears to be a popular destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment.Visitors praise the convenience of the location, variety of stores and restaurants, and well-maintained facilities.”
“There is a nice selection of shops for you, from food to regular shopping. My only complaint is that the parking lot is a little tight if you are in a truck or suv. Sedans and compact cars should have no issue,l.”
“Usually I visit this mall because the closest Popeyes fried chicken is in this shopping center. There are plenty of parking spots but still tons of lazy people parked right next to the curb, instead of a parking spot. There is also a very good swimming school (British Swim School) in this shopping center and I strongly recommended it because my kid learned how to swim and not to fear waters in this school.”
“Nice place by rail track, has many tress around which provide shade. Shops, gas station and beautiful churches nearby, one church rings bells every few minutes, which provides a serene experience and I personally find it beautiful. There are also a few houses which look like my hometown houses.”
“I'll never understand why entire shopping centers have the ability to be reviewed. This shopping center alone has at least five different establishments that have their own google review category. I guess the layout is the only thing to review. It's not horrible. It's just in a weird corner of the city: in between the Westview promenade and the Arcadia Business Park. I'm sure they get plenty of daily visitors who work in the surrounding area.”
“Almost everything that is needed for day today life is available in this center. Pharmacy, supermarket, learning center, martial arts, fitness center, barber, food outlets.. To top it, there is also Starbucks.”
“Great flavors. Friendly service. Generous portions. Only criticism is that they don't fill the cone. The ice cream sits on top making the cone a little wobbly. Will go again”
“This is your typical plaza. You have a a grocery store, liquor store, and a few others. It’s well kept and rarely do you ever see trash laying around. The public library is in the area as well as a few banks. The Atlantic Grill is a great place for breakfasts, lunch, or dinner. Go visit and see what it has to offer.”
“The Weis grocery store is long gone, but if it's any compensation, they are putting in a fitness center. Plenty of parking, MoCo liquor store, Great Redwings shoes, bank of America and MDoT offices. Also a 7-Eleven. The music store around the north end is gone now too.”
“Love Rio but it’s 2024 this place needs more things for people to do like a rolling skating ring,go karts or adding a bowling alley A zip line going across the lake or even doing construction and have all that in one building and this place definitely needs better security guards definitely should look into a more top-tier security company Rio is constantly expanding and we can’t take chances.”
“The shopping center is clean and has plenty of parking available, including handicap parking. We went to look for shoes at The Shoe Dept. There are many stores and restaurants at this location.”
“Clean, safe, nice mix of shops and restaurants. Not quite a destination (unless you're grocery shopping) but a very nice place to spend some time if you're in the area.”
“Chettinad restaurant is an all time favorite. A close to authentic south Indian cuisine in this area. The only restaurant apart from A2B Providing 3 chutneys and sambar for idly and dosa. Love their Thaali too . Their service is slow. Prefer To-go to dine in.”
“It has changed a lot. I saw that Family Dollar and Sally's are no longer there. There's a new restaurant and store. I also see Affordable Dentures took the space where Sally's were.”
“Most everyone who goes to the Outlets has their favorite places. I like Columbia, UA, and B&BW, and maybe a few more. I just wish perhaps they had gadget stores, phone stores, or electronics stores ( they are called Outlets after all!??!”
“Giant Food, laundromat, Play More Games board games store and several restaurants. My adult son loves the game store for D&D books and dice. Very comfy couch in there for us parents! The Laundromat is super busy so be careful in the parking lot.”
“This location is so nicely organized & put together!I was IMPRESSED! Everything was in its place correctly marked and the shelves were stocked with very clean passable isles. This store stands out nicely, unlike some of the other surrounding dollar generals, dollar trees or family dollar I won't go into unless I desperately have to.Great job to all of the staff who keep that store looking good! Thank you!”
“It's a shopping center. I give them credit because they do have 2 EV parking spot to charge your can, but the parking lanes always seem tight and I hate the directional parking lanes where the spots are slanted. I gave them a 4 solely because of the charging spots, otherwise it would have been a 3. The stores here are decent.i go to Giant for a lot of my groceries. I haven't been to the hibachi in years, but it was always great when I did go.”
“Heavily populated and very busy community whether it's weekday or weekend. Visited place almost 10yrs ago looking for rentals You can see rows and rows of townhouses from the ball field. With trees matured it really looks nice 10yrs later.”
