“This shopping center is always very, very busy and there is not adequate parking so be patient. I do appreciate the dedicated parking spaces for new mothers. There are some new stores- &pizza is in the end cap where the honey ham store used to be. Hibachi changed the layout so the orders and payments are now at the back, they removed the front counter. On this visit we went to CVS and noticed a lot of the products are locked behind glass. Signs of the times I guess.”

“Love that you can grocery shop, pick up dinner at one of the restaurants and run in to pick up some wine at the beer and wine store on the corner. Also can see a doctor at the urgent care”

“Although Montgomery Village rocked back in the 80s with their movie theater and toy store, and other cool stores... Now we have Big Lots which is nice, but we need more great spots here. But it's looking promising here”

“Great flavors. Friendly service. Generous portions. Only criticism is that they don't fill the cone. The ice cream sits on top making the cone a little wobbly. Will go again”

“Giant Food, laundromat, Play More Games board games store and several restaurants. My adult son loves the game store for D&D books and dice. Very comfy couch in there for us parents! The Laundromat is super busy so be careful in the parking lot.”

“The Weis grocery store is long gone, but if it's any compensation, they are putting in a fitness center. Plenty of parking, MoCo liquor store, Great Redwings shoes, bank of America and MDoT offices. Also a 7-Eleven. The music store around the north end is gone now too.”

“It's a shopping center. I give them credit because they do have 2 EV parking spot to charge your can, but the parking lanes always seem tight and I hate the directional parking lanes where the spots are slanted. I gave them a 4 solely because of the charging spots, otherwise it would have been a 3. The stores here are decent.i go to Giant for a lot of my groceries. I haven't been to the hibachi in years, but it was always great when I did go.”

“Chipotle... that's all. Lol...okay just kidding but NOT. Chipotle came directly from Heaven, especially today as my stomach was literally touching my back. I just inhaled my veggie burrito bowl and now sitting back watching Big Bang Theory from Season 1. Life is good!”

“Love Rio but it’s 2024 this place needs more things for people to do like a rolling skating ring,go karts or adding a bowling alley A zip line going across the lake or even doing construction and have all that in one building and this place definitely needs better security guards definitely should look into a more top-tier security company Rio is constantly expanding and we can’t take chances.”
