“To be fair, the staff was nice but not impressed with the service by any means. Paid $120 for an oil change, lets call it reasonable. Then I was presented a very professional checklist of all the other things that are included with the service. Just like any other good scam, NOTHING on that checklist was done. They did try to up sell but the trust went out the window for me. I’m okay paying $120 for an oil change, why set the expectation for all the other services that you don’t actually provide?
2 other guys were also there, complaining about the service or the lack of as well as how they were charged for things they did not agree to. Should’ve got the hint right there ?♂️

“Trusting my daughter's recommendation to take my care for service at BM Auto, I did so this morning. My interior and door lights weren't working, nor was my cigarette lighter for charging and one USB port. Received a quote for at least $500 from the dealer service department, so it seemed like the right time to try a new place. I couldn't believe it! The issue was immediately diagnosed and then resolved with a new fuse within 10 minutes. I had planned to have to leave my car, so that was a relief in and of itself, and then... the technician told me there was no charge! They were so professional, kind, and generous that I wanted to share my experience. I am now a loyal customer and will refer others to BM Auto in Columbia for skilled, kind, and honest service. Today has been a great day, thanks to the gentleman from BM Auto who started it that way for me. I wish I knew his name and will be sure to ask him next time :)”
“I brought the car in with a “service brake assist” warning. The initial tests said it would be a $4000+ repair but they researched it further on their own to identify a relatively minor problem which proved to be the problem. Saved me thousands. They also identified several other somewhat expected problems for an aged car. All in all I came back very satisfied.”

“Highly recommended place! Besides tire patching they also do tire plugs! I was really happy for that since I went to a well known tire place and surprised to find out they could not fix my tire since it needed a plug but they only did patching. Glad that NTB saved the day for me.”
“It's weird giving a car repair shop a great review but this is one place I really trust to be honest with what repairs my car needs or doesn't need. I haven't had a place tell me 'your rotors don't need replacing' yet and this is the first one. Excellent work, excellent speed of work, reasonable prices, not much more to say.”

“from Front desk customer service to repair it has been very efficient. Normally when I come into other mechanic shop for a small task, they tend to have an attitude of like it's not worth their effort.
Inside this company its a little bit different and they try to take every task and every issue seriously and respectfully offer the service as well. The pricing is pretty fair and it's reasonable. I recommend this place if you have tire issues. I came in for tire issues twice now and it's been great.”

“I have purchased two Ford vehicles from the Silver Spring location, and I have always had excellent service performed on my vehicles at this Quick Lanes location. My Service Advisor, Brandon Staples, has always provided excellent customer service from keeping me informed on the status/progress of my car and any recommendations along the way. Additionally, the Mechanics/Technicians have always done superb service on my vehicles and I have never had an issue. With my most recent service they provided a video of the service done (which was something new), which blew my mind and was and excellent supplement to the paperwork they provide, as the actual Mechanic /Technician walks you through what service has been performed on your car (THANK YOU!) . I always wondered how do we really know what service is being done on our vehicles…and Koons Ford Quick Lane must have heard my thoughts and responded. Keep up the good work and your continued excellent service. I may be back for another purchase:). Thanks!”

There are two in the area that I have ever used and I am a repeat customer for both because they do such a great job and the guys I have met all seem to be well trained and knowledgeable about what they’re doing. My car is in good hands. (I am disappointed that they have removed from their service vacuuming the car, but it will not stop me from returning to them.)”
“The people who work there are extremely nice especially Johnny who helped me out. My car got hit by a peice of metal on the highway and I pulled my car up and they fixed the skid plate dragging and diagnosed why the car wasn't starting. They were extremely nice and helpfully.”

Angie at the front desk was so professional and she handled the issues that arose AND my attitude about it all calmly and kindly. So my antenna was missing after they washed my car.
