“I went to Pure Barre in Maple Lawn using ClassPass. The studio was very organized. Class started promptly, with about a 5 minute grace period. Then the entrance door was locked. If you're running late, you may not be able to enter as the instructor was also manning the front desk.I did the Align (50 minute) class. The instructions were clear. There was ample room to execute the movements. The instructor periodically walked around to inspect proper form. I love the location. There's lots of parking (street and parking lot), and many stores and restaurants nearby to explore afterwards.”

“The store here was awesome, The guy that helped us was very nice and helped us very helpfully in ways I couldn’t myself if I worked there, and at the end he gave us a discount for us being nice!, I’ve been skating the shoes i bought form the store and i feel already like I am such a better skater! I got the Vans half cabs witch I’ve heard very good things about the shoes. The shoes are designed perfectly for skateboarding, they have a thick insole, good material, etc and it looks very clean/nice, I’ve been using them for a week now and they still look the same exact way they did when I bought them.”

“Great that you are able to return Amazon items to kohls, just saying. Yesterday I went into the store and it was a little disoriented because of restocking items and clearance items being organized etc. It turns out I had to return to the same store to return an item and it was IN PERFECT CLEAN AND ORGANIZED, I WAS SO IMPRESSED AND I AM OCD!!!! The staff was smiling, asking if people needed help, you just don't see this high level of service anymore and a team that cares about their customers and quality of their store. Ben, Barbaria, Daniel, Marvin, and Farhia are amazing. Super impressed.”

“04/20/2023 approx 8:80 pm ... Took a last minute trip to grab some summer clothing for my son. The store was so organized and clean. You know how towards the end of the day clothes tend to be thrown around? Well yea, this was not the case here. Store was closing in about 30 minutes. But everything was so neat. Even as I was looking for certain sizes I was helped by an employee. Yes I made a bit of a mess looking for sizes and she just went behind after I moved and straightened it up with a genuine smile. Fitting room- this area was also very tidy and smelled clean. Nothing worse then a sweaty smelly dressing room. Cashier was super friendly as well. Thank you Old navy for hiring professional employees.”

Unfortunately the PIN code on my gift card was not visible/unable to be read after the staff tried to reveal it. This occurred in the middle of my transaction and I spent over 40 minutes in the store with them as they tried to resolve the issue in order to get the payment completed. It was an ordeal indeed, but Qweisi and Addie continued to troubleshoot so that I could leave satisfied. In the end, they took my information and committed to shipping the merchandise to me as soon as possible. Addie planned to resolve the issue with corporate during the week so that I would not have to wait any longer in the store. Thank you both for putting customer experience first!!”
