“The store here was awesome, The guy that helped us was very nice and helped us very helpfully in ways I couldn’t myself if I worked there, and at the end he gave us a discount for us being nice!, I’ve been skating the shoes i bought form the store and i feel already like I am such a better skater! I got the Vans half cabs witch I’ve heard very good things about the shoes. The shoes are designed perfectly for skateboarding, they have a thick insole, good material, etc and it looks very clean/nice, I’ve been using them for a week now and they still look the same exact way they did when I bought them.”

“04/20/2023 approx 8:80 pm ... Took a last minute trip to grab some summer clothing for my son. The store was so organized and clean. You know how towards the end of the day clothes tend to be thrown around? Well yea, this was not the case here. Store was closing in about 30 minutes. But everything was so neat. Even as I was looking for certain sizes I was helped by an employee. Yes I made a bit of a mess looking for sizes and she just went behind after I moved and straightened it up with a genuine smile. Fitting room- this area was also very tidy and smelled clean. Nothing worse then a sweaty smelly dressing room. Cashier was super friendly as well. Thank you Old navy for hiring professional employees.”

“This review is specifically to commend Qweisi and Addie for the excellent above and beyond service! Unfortunately the PIN code on my gift card was not visible/unable to be read after the staff tried to reveal it. This occurred in the middle of my transaction and I spent over 40 minutes in the store with them as they tried to resolve the issue in order to get the payment completed. It was an ordeal indeed, but Qweisi and Addie continued to troubleshoot so that I could leave satisfied. In the end, they took my information and committed to shipping the merchandise to me as soon as possible. Addie planned to resolve the issue with corporate during the week so that I would not have to wait any longer in the store. Thank you both for putting customer experience first!!”

“I was looking for a dress for a special occasion. When I found this shop I was on my way out having given up on finding anything. It is sort of tucked away and not obvious, but they made an impression with their front window. In fact I wanted to try on a dress displayed there, but did not see an identical one on the racks anywhere. I did find two other dresses I wanted to try. The lady working there was incredibly gracious, and helped place my first dress in a fitting room while I continued to browse more dresses. While I tried on my selections, my partner mentioned how I liked the dress in the window, so she went and got it for me. She even immediately replaced it with another dress to display. I didn't even end up picking that dress, but one I did pick fit so well, and I couldn't pass it up for the price. Again, the lady running the shop was probably the most pleasant clothing store worker I've ever encountered.”
