“I wanted to share my experience with the Enterprise location in Camp Springs, Maryland, off Auth Road. I recently had a business trip and chose this location because it was convenient, and I’m happy to report I had a wonderful experience.
The entire process was incredibly easy and efficient—I was in and out in no more than 10 minutes from the moment I walked in to the moment I drove off the lot. I did pre-register everything online, but my representative, Aaliyah, was fantastic. She was very sweet, friendly, and made sure I had all the information I needed, answering every question I had.
I will definitely be returning to this Enterprise for all my future car rental needs. Aaliyah even mentioned that Enterprise sells premium vehicles, which is great to know as I’m currently in the market for a new car and exploring my options.
Overall, the service was wonderful, and I highly recommend this location. I will most definitely rent a vehicle here again.”

“Great service! They accommodated to pick me up & drop me off since I was in their approved mile radius. The process was smooth, I even forgot something very important in one of the cars and they recovered it for me! Sadly I had to rent again the day after returning due to my car being in the shop & they were out of cars. I wish the company would supply more cars to this location.”

“The car kind of smelled like marijuana or something funky. The smell was not initially obvious, but it became more noticeable with the a/c recycling. On a positive note: the staff seemed genuinely interested in providing good customer service. When I picked the car I realized I was missing my USB cable; the attendant loaned me one with no hassle at all. When I returned the car a different attendant was apologetic for the car smell and for the USB connection not working (that turned out to be a problem with my phone, not the cable the first attendant loaned me). I told him it was possibly my phone, but he seemed disappointed for me either way.”

“I rented a vehicle out of Jacksonville Fl. Alignment and tire balance was off vehicle vibrated all the way from Fl., I stopped by this location to swap the vehicle out this was a Saturday afternoon I was told by an associate to come back the next day and that they had vehicles returning and they could help me swap out arrived Sunday early and nothing was available I was told to give them until 11am and possibly they would have a vehicle I admit I was skeptical due to the reviews I had read and had planned on going to the DCA location to try and get a replacement vehicle but around 10am DJ contacted me and said he had a vehicle for me I was very pleased that he was able to help me out so this rating is customer service based only thanks DJ.
Now and I know this location is independently operated and they can only provide the vehicles that are sent to them so this is about the Avis Budget group they need to be ashamed the vehicle was a 2023 Expedition Max very worn with 75,000 miles on it scratches and dings everywhere vehicle rattled all the way back to Fl highly disappointing for such a large rental company needless to say I will never rent from Avis Budget again.”
“Auth Road is my go to rent-a-car, Chris is a dynamic representative, courteous,even when they run out of cars. Over all I had to ask that tires be checked for air to other reps, or was run thru car wash.”
