“I was really stressed about having to move out of my apartment before my new one was ready...the manager Brittany was so helpful and patient with me...she really made my day. The storage unit was so clean and surprisingly smelled really clean too. I'd never used a storage unit before and got a little confused but there was an employee there I believe his name was Brandon he was so nice and explained everything to me and walked me through it...who knew such great customer service could exist in Forestville. “There is one reason I would recommend this location. That is Benjamin W. He is a excellent example of a professional worker. He took the time to help me with my reservation when I arrives, I was having challenges completing my rental. When I returned I again experienced challenges checking out. Both time other people just said go do this or that, but if they took a few seconds to assist it makes a word of difference. I know everyone wants to do everything fast but I would probably had left without Benjamin W. assistant. It only took a couple of seconds. Thank you again for the caring, excellent service Benjamin W. I took time to write this because, my wife had been planning this move of a few items for weeks, it blessed her so I am blessed.”
“Very quick, friendly, and everyone felt experienced that their jobs and actually enjoyed being there. From the outside looking in; I was surprised at the level of organization and quick turnaround from front desk to hitch attached. I was expecting some level of pushback as I am not the most organized person. The front desk made sure everything was taken care of without any issues. I was able to leave on time and make it to site and complete the equipment move. The return was fast and smooth and I was able to walk in, no wait for the front desk, no wait for a dock worker. The entire experience was friendly, quick, and very professionally run.”

“This was the most efficient rental pick-up I experienced with U-Haul. The staff checked me in and had me in the truck I rented within 5 minutes. There was no confusion on the vehicle I rented or delay in processing due to only one employee working at the desk. I will go back to this location if I need U-Haul services in the future.”

“Aquina was very attentive and knowledgeable of online registration process. I actually had a reservation the day before and had to cancel, but she was very helpful with making a new reservation to same day. She took the time to assist me with walking around to inspect the the truck and ensuring that the previous damages on the truck was notated before I drove off. I also watched how she took the time to assist another customer who was ahead of me with his reservation. Apparently his reservation were made at another location, but she took the time to move his reservation to the Central Avenue, so he wouldn't be inconvenienced. She was definitely multitasking with 3 customers at the same time, leaving all us to feel as if we were a priority.
