Hotels
Comfort Inn At Joint Base Andrews is currently undergoing renovations, which has led to mixed experiences among guests. Many have noted the hotel is clean and the rooms are newly renovated with comfortable beds and modern décor. However, some guests reported issues with the water temperature, often lukewarm, and weak water pressure in the showers. The lobby area can be noisy due to ongoing construction, and there is no hot breakfast service available, though sack breakfasts are provided. Several guests expressed dissatisfaction with the limited supply of towels and washcloths and the absence of microwaves and coffee pots in the rooms, despite expectations based on advertisements. Maintenance issues have also been a concern, such as non-functioning elevators and broken amenities, including phones and hairdryers. On a positive note, the staff has been highlighted as friendly and helpful, with some guests appreciating individual attention from the front desk team. Overall, while Comfort Inn At Joint Base Andrews offers a pleasant stay in terms of room cleanliness and comfort, guests should be aware of the ongoing renovations and potential service shortcomings.
