I purchased a Tudor Black Bay 58 Burgundy on a 5-link bracelet from Scott (Tudor/watch specialist) on 4/29/25–a mere few weeks after it’s release at Watches and Wonders which was incredible. Just yesterday I was able to purchase a Rolex Submariner 126613LN from Ahmed (Rolex Sales Specialist) with support from David (Rolex Customer Experience Liason), which is a difficult thing to come by considering Rolex’s current supply/demand situation. All were extremely knowledgeable, passionate about what they do, communicated well (and still do) and genuinely cared about a watch enthusiast like myself. The front staff and supporting employees were professional and kind as well. “I started classes after a jeweler I admire recommended studying with Dan to learn metalsmithing with the proper techniques, and I'm so glad I did!
Years later, I've set up my own workshop and do custom projects for clients, but I still study with Dan through the extended program because:
-The shop is so well-equipped and I've never been restricted by the availability of tools/equipment
-I am still learning so much from the class projects he designs, which result in beautiful, wearable pieces that allow students to learn and practice multiple skills and techniques through the process.
-Dan is there to provide solid guidance and help figure out the tougher/unfamiliar parts of my custom projects so I feel confident in delivering good work to clients
-There's an open attitude and general expectation of feedback. Students genuinely want to learn and have high expectations of their own work.
-It's fun and feels great to be in the studio! The students are supportive and fun to be around; everyone has their unique style and focus, and there's a sense of community.
It's a unique experience, whether you just want to explore or make it a big part of your life.”

“I told my husband that I wanted the Dragon and Phoenix bracelet, but unfortunately it wasn’t available in any store or online anywhere in the country. We called a few stores in New Jersey and were told that there was only one left, located in Maryland, and that’s when I lost hope of getting it.
But then I called Swarovski in Maryland to have them hold it for me. Without thinking twice, my husband said we could go pick it up. I picked up a beautiful scarf for my momma, as I try to find one for her whenever I'm traveling.
